Rhonda Rousey Rumbles WrestleMania

UFC superstar and women's bantamweight champion Rhonda Rousey is back and in a big way. This time, Rousey took to the stage to announce her comeback by "officially signing her WWE contract" at the Elimination Chamber pay per view Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Rousey's big reveal went off with fireworks and plenty of slaps and slams as heads for a mix-tag match against Triple H and his wife.

She quickly went from an emotional mess fighting back tears while paying homage to "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, the inspiration for her own UFC nickname, to her best mean mug as she interrupted a conversation in the ring between Triple H and "Monday Night Raw" general manager Kurt Angle.

"They couldn’t wait to have you here because they wanted to manipulate you for what you did to them at WrestleMania 31," Angle said with a nervous expression. "… They want to put their thumb on you and keep you down."

Angle continued, "Hunter, didn’t you say earlier, ‘Three years in the making, now we own the bitch?" Any remains of a smile were gone from Rousey's face as Triple H escorted Angle out of the ring and blamed the flu for his remark. McMahon then tried to smooth things out a bit but Angle just made them worse.

"Stephanie, didn’t you tell me in your office that Ronda was a has-been and even you could take her?" Angle said referring for the first time on-screen to her two recent knockout losses at the end of her UFC career.

An angered Rousey backed McMahon into the far rope and got in her face only to be broken up by Triple H before things got too heated. "Don’t you even touch my husband," McMahon said angrily while the crowd chanted, "You f—ked up."

"Who do you think you are Ronda? Who do you think you are?" McMahon said before rolling out of the ring. Rousey then signed her contract which she subsequently dropped like a mic. Rousey was adamant she wasn't trying to skate on Piper's legacy.

"He is really my inspiration for how I handled my MMA career and me even coming here at all," Rousey said. "I just want to be able to make him and his family proud and to do the name he entrusted to me proud. Most of all I want to earn the fans' respect in this ring."
