As a total of four explosions have now ripped through Austin, Texas, people are starting to get seriously worried. For this very reason, Chief of Police Mr Brian Manley gave a short press conference in which he admitted that it is "very possible" the device in Sunday night's explosion was triggered by a trip wire.

Police Chief Mr Manley claims the blast was “activated by someone either handling, kicking or coming into contact with a trip wire that activated the device," for example as they walked or rode their bikes through the area.

Investigators are starting their case under the belief that these explosions are all connected and warn people in the area to remain indoors. Earlier this month, two men were killed by similar devices. Both victims were African Americans and therefore police have not ruled out racism as a possible motive just yet.

This article starts out with 4, then later on I read there's only 3 but hold on the map shows four spots. I'll go with the "so far a total of 3 parcel bombs" should actually read 4.
