$2 Million in Methamphetamine Found Inside Disney Action Figures in Atlanta by DEA

According to law enforcement officials from within the Drug Enforcement Agency what appears to be a new and disturbing means of transporting narcotics has been discovered in Atlanta, Georgia, after over $2 million worth of methamphetamine was discovered hidden inside of Disney themed figurines.

A Drug Enforcement Agency spokesperson said that this is one of the single largest methamphetamine busts in Georgia history, where there were around five-hundred total action figures containing methamphetamine discovered in Gwinnett County.

Special Agents say that there were a wide cast of characters, including Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Donald Duck, Pluto, and numerous other popular Disney characters from the Hollywood animated stars that have given the Disney family it's iconic stature as one of the most widely known brands on the face of the earth.

The Lawrenceville bust is currently being investigated by federal agencies, who no doubt believe they may have not only saved countless lives by taking this much of the deadly narcotic off the streets but infuriated the cartel behind it by stripping their black market profits into nonexistence on this particular shipment.

With the newest or cleverly designed narcotic storage methods being discovered, it will certainly create more work for authorities to now identify similar potential products as having the potential for carrying methamphetamine in the future.

As of now it remains unknown as to where the shipment of Disney figures was headed, but it's almost certain that someone at their point of destination would be expecting this uniquely thought-out design of stashing the potent drug.

It's believed that the drugs originated in Mexico, before being sent into the Atlanta-outskirts where it would likely have been broken down and distributed into smaller retail packaging for the masses.
