As one of the medical officers of a nearby ambulance attempts to speak to the man, the nude citizen walks away shouting: ‘Call the doctor!’

Apparently, doctors removed a dildo from inside the male’s anus afterward. The ambulance in question was part of the System of Emergency Medical Attention (SAME) of Buenos Aires and was reportedly called by workers at the petrol station.
