Andrew McCabe Lied Under Oath. It's Time To Charge Him

The American people have watched for nearly a year and a half as the “swamp” in Washington, DC has colluded to take down the President of the United States of America - and with today's release of the Andrew McCabe report from the Office of the Inspector General - it brings about a sense of vindication for his termination by Attorney General Jeff Sessions - showing numerous crimes committed by the former Deputy Director of the FBI.

According to Inspector General Michael Horowitz, McCabe "lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions" when he was questioned about his role in giving information to a Wall Street Journal reporter in 2016 about the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation, showcasing that McCabe had loyalties to the well-known “Clinton Crime Family” that he put before serving the American people as the Deputy FBI Director.

Most Trump supporters were ecstatic at the announcement of the termination of Andrew McCabe, and they had very little doubt about his allegiance to the former Administration and the Clintons, so today's announcement only reaffirms their initial beliefs.

Of course, Andrew McCabe’s attorney has now tried to argue that he was somehow “ambushed’ by OIG investigators, yet they fail to make mention of that being exactly what Andrew McCabe’s team did to General Michael Flynn at the White House.

There is some extreme irony in a top FBI agent complaining about law enforcement officials ambushing him with questions he didn't feel like answering. Bless your heart, Andy McCabe.
— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) April 13, 2018

Karma indeed exists, and McCabe has yet to see the wrath of the full extent of the law, with the OIG report opening McCabe up to additional criminal charges in the future for his lying to investigators.

Not only does the OIG report say that Andrew McCabe lied under oath to FBI Agents, but that he lied to OIG investigators on two additional occasions, and even lied to the FBI Director Christopher Wray.

According to the just-released DOJ OIG report on Andrew McCabe, McCabe lied to the FBI director, lied to FBI agents under oath, and lied twice to DOJ OIG investigators under oath.
— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) April 13, 2018

If there's a grain of justice in this world, Andrew McCabe will face criminal charges for his decision to lie under oath to FBI Agents, and potentially face charges for his efforts to cover up his past actions as well.

Beneath is the complete report on Andrew McCabe from the Office of the Inspector General, which is reported by Michael Horowitz.

Worth noting the IG report on McCabe clearly goes out of the way to inform reader that McCabe was audio recorded during his false statements to FBI investigators. How can DOJ *not* prosecute him? Evidence is overwhelming.
— TheLastRefuge (@TheLastRefuge2) April 13, 2018

With the lies from Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe under oath, it's seemingly impossible for the Department of Justice to now not bring charges against McCabe, and that's what is likely to happen.

The American people are beyond ready to see justice resumed in DC, although they must remember that the Attorney General has patiently waited this long for the results of this first release on Andrew McCabe from the Office of the Inspector General, and his plan is one that must be trusted in good faith.

As of now, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is completely vindicated from any criticism in his termination of McCabe, and when he brings charges against the former FBI Director, it won't shock anyone, as it's the right thing to do.

The investigation of McCabe was started internally by FBI investigators, then referred to DOJ's OIG. The FBI was mad that the McCabe-directed leak, meant to save his own hide, confirmed that the Clinton Foundation was investigated by the FBI, something they didn't want public.
— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) April 13, 2018

More importantly is the confirmation that the Clinton Foundation was indeed investigated by the FBI, but that the federal agency attempted to keep that information quiet.

It also showcases that the leaks from McCabe weren't meant to protect the agency he worked for, but that all of McCabe’s lies are meant to protect “his personal interests,” and no doubt those interests, whether they be James Comey, additional corruption within federal agencies, or the Clintons, are going to be the next subjects exposed when the OIG releases his next major investigative report.

When did we start using the term "lacked candor" instead of LIED? This has been going on for weeks. All of a sudden everyone lacks candor.

This is a fucking joke, this is the same exact shit they have been going after people for in Mueller carnival, lying under oath. What a double standard, sickening

Lads, David Hogg has become the international mascot of the anti-gun and One World multicultural parade of commercialist oppressors. But he's a real big SICKO, and a SCAM.
