The Democratic Party and their far-left liberal membership have filled the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branches with radicals who support abortion - the murder of a child - and now one Judge claims that it's Constitutional to dismember a living fetus while it's still alive - reaching new lows - at least publicly - for an already bottom-of-the-barrel ideology.
A federal Judge has now struck down a law that's intended to be merciful and prevent pain and suffering to a fetus during an abortion in Texas, proclaiming that the 1973 Roe vs Wade ruling, which allows a woman to murder her own child inside her, cannot be mitigated in any way to restrict the suffering of a child.

Judge Lee Yeakel, a far-left Democrat who has consistently argued for murdering children under the guise of Constitutionality, proclaimed that the desire from Pro-Life groups to ban dilation and evacuation abortion (D&E), which is a process that ensures a woman's uterus is “fully evacuated,” or emptied after an abortion.
That process is horrifying for the fetus, which essentially involves using metal forceps and other surgical equipment to tear apart the limbs of the fetus during the removal, if necessary, and all of this occurs while the fetus has a heartbeat.

Picture yourself tearing the wings, and legs off a whole chicken after it's been cooked, in some areas the meat is heavily attached to the bone, and you'd have to pull and tug, possibly even hearing the sound of a popsicle stick snapping in your head, as you break off the wing.

That's what's done to a fetus, with a heart beating inside of it, during this procedure of abortion.
Pro-life groups in Texas were able to at one point successfully ban this outright sacrificing and torture of a human life, only for the radical Judge Yeakel, who at this point I can only assume has a soul, to strike down the ban completely.

Several<a href="https://www.seattletimes.com/nation-world/abortion-procedure-challenged-as-torture-in-alabama/"> other states </a>have outright argued that this method is in fact “torture,” including Alabama, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Mississippi to name a few, where battles are still raging to stop this barbaric practice.
It seems insane that was concerned with foreign leaders commencing attacks on children when we have laws allowing torture and murder procedures that are inherently worse right here in America.
Even worse, one has to ask what type of Doctor or Nurse is able to engage in this practice in the first place, and still be able to sleep at night. It's horrifying to even consider for anyone with even the slightest bit of a conscience, let alone to actually perform such a horrendously evil sacrifice of human life.
Both Whole Woman’s Health, and Planned Parenthood, each of whom was represented by the Center for Reproductive Rights, argued that any law preventing this type of “procedure” during the second trimester puts an “undue burden” on the woman seeking the abortion. Yes, they're placing the hypothetical emotional drainage upon a woman over the fact that they're wanting to condone and agree to a tortuous and painful murder of a child.
Sadly, these organizations continue to win, and there are no bans that are successfully enforced to prevent this type of atrocity occurring in the first place.

It's one of the main reasons why so many Christians and moderates are unable to support today's Democratic Party, who are willing to perform abortions as if it's no different than putting stitches in a cut and then slapping on a band-aid.
More importantly, it's why having Supreme Court Justice appointments under President Trump is so important.
It's quite possible that President Trump could receive an additional nomination from the Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) before his term is up, and it's all but guaranteed I'd he can become a two-term President in 2020.
Most Americans are unaware that a whopping 24% to 35% of women in the United States of America have either had or will have an abortion in their lifetime.
The total number of abortions reported from 2005 to 2013 as reported by the Centers for Disease Control are as follows:
2013: 644,435 abortions nationwide.
2012: 699,202 abortions nationwide.
2011: 730,322 abortions nationwide.
2010: 765,651 abortions nationwide.
2009: 784,507 abortions nationwide.
2008: 825,564 abortions nationwide.
2007: 827,609 abortions nationwide.
2006: 846,181 abortions nationwide.
2005: 820,151 abortions nationwide.
That's terrifying to imagine that so many of these lives have been taken by their own parents and at the hands of the deranged doctor who'd be willing to perform such a “procedure” of killing a child.
To make matters worse, we're unsure how many of those are dilation and evacuation abortion (D&E) situations. Meaning that there have potentially been millions of occurrences where a fetus was tortured and torn apart limb from limb.

This type of abortion torture is both evil and vile, and we must ensure we can keep traditional values Candidates in Congress as well as remain in control of the White House because there's a chance Roe vs Wade is one day reversed.
Experts suggest such is unlikely, but with the potential for arguing against this specific type of abortion, it also seems possible that SCOTUS could one day hear the case again of presented differently on issues such as dilation and evacuation abortions.
Protect innocent lives. Protect innocent children. Fight against dilation and evacuation abortion (D&E) and fight abortion in general.
