Representative Devin Nunes (R-CA) engaged in an explosive interview on Sunday - where he not only called out the criminal behavior of several members of the Obama Regime - but stated that “no official intelligence” was used in the efforts to investigate President Trump or his campaign for “Russian collusion” - instead suggesting that the entire investigation is based upon a political motivation.
The majority of the American public has watched Robert Mueller, appointed as “Special Counsel” in May of 2017, engage in what appears to be a direct targeting of anyone and everyone who is even so much as affiliated with President Donald Trump or his campaign.

“You joined us four weeks ago on this program, at that time you said you wanted to get the electronic communication, from the Department of Justice and the FBI, to understand exactly how the Trump investigation into collusion even began,” said Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo. “You've now since seen the electronic communication, yes?”

“That's correct. It took us a long time to get this, what's called the ‘electronic communication,’ what that is, it's the original intelligence, the original reasons that the counterintelligence investigation was started,” replied Representative Nunes. “Now, this is really important to us, because a counterintelligence investigation uses the tools of our intelligence services, that are not supposed to be used against American citizens. So we've long wanted to know, ‘what intelligence did you [FBI] have that actually led to this investigation?’”
So what we have now found, after the investigators have reviewed it, is that in fact, <i>there was no intelligence</i>. We have a traditional partnership with what's called the ‘Five Eyes’ agreement. The ‘Five Eyes’ agreement involves our friends in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, and of course, us,” Nunes reiterated. “So, longtime intelligence procedures in place, we are not supposed to spy on each other's citizens, and its worked well, and it continues to work well. We know it's working well because there was no intelligence that passed through the ‘Five Eyes’ channels to our government, and that's why we had to see that original communication.”
What Nunes is suggesting here is that there's a standard operating procedure for any surveillance which against anyone from the five nations mentioned in which there's an official report as to why an individual has been ordered to be monitored using those ‘Five Eyes’ surveillance tools.
In the investigation into then-Candidate and eventually President Trump, there was no documentation whatsoever that the surveillance was occurring. Whoever ordered this illicit spying against a candidate for President and the eventual President of the United States of America, did so behind the back of those in agreement with the ‘Five Eyes,’ violating a long-term policy of documenting the surveillance.
It appears as if the outcome of the election was bemused to be in the favor of Hillary Clinton winning, and that this or these entities responsible for the surveillance in the first place, believed that it would never be made public that the surveillance occurred.

Essentially, this opens the possibility up that the surveillance used to monitor Donald Trump and his campaign could have easily been handed over to the Clinton Campaign to be used against the Trump Campaign. In fact, during the election season, most Americans will remember Hillary Clinton giving a speech where she condemned Americans as ‘Deplorable,’ even going as far as suggesting that Trump and those Americans were somehow being led by Russia’s Vladimir Putin.
So it would seem to imply that the surveillance used against Trump and his team was then shared with Clinton, and we can somewhat confirm this, by acknowledging the fact that the Federal Bureau of Investigation sent their agents to Rome to meet with Christopher Steele, former MI6 agent, and the face behind the Clinton Campaign-funded Fusion GPS Trump dossier.
This is a serious crime.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation directly interfered or attempted to interfere in the 2016 Presidential elections by not only assisting an entity funded by Hillary Clinton, but apparently spying on American citizens, illegally, who were involved in the Trump Campaign, and later sharing that information with employees of Hillary Clinton, via Fusion GPS.
This means that the 2016 Democratic Elections of our nation's the Constitutional Republic were, in fact, <i>not Democratic</i>, since the Federal Government, led by the Obama Regime, interfered in them to attempt to change the outcome. It's very disturbing.
“So now we're trying to figure out, as you know, why we're investigating the State Department, we know there are some major irregularities at the State Department, and we're trying to figure out how this information, about Mr. Papadopoulos of all people, who was supposedly meeting with some folks in London, how that made it over across into the FBI’s hands,” Nunes added. “We know a little about that because of what some of the state Department officials themselves have said about that. It leaves more unanswered questions that were trying to get to the bottom of.”
“You're telling us that in order for the Department of Justice, the FBI to launch an investigation into so-called collusion between President and the Russians that there was no official intelligence used?” Fox’s Maria Bartiromo asked. “Then how did this investigation start? I… I don't understand sir, please explain.”
“[Audible chuckles] Well… I think that's the point, we don't understand. [Audible chuckles] And we've never understood because you know we have access to these finished intelligence products, and we've never seen one. We had thought, ‘well maybe there was one, and it had gone through a different channel,’ that way maybe quiet, or secret, or kept from Congress, or other folks,” Nunes said. “Well, after our investigators reviewed this? That's not what happened. There was no ‘Five Eyes’ intelligence product, as it's been reported? There was no product.”

“I think that's a major problem,” Nunes reiterates. “We have to have trust, with both our partners, our allies… we have to make sure that our agencies talk, and that they work out problems. We have to make sure that they don't spy on either American citizens, or that we're not spying on British citizens. These are all things that have been around for decades.
What Nunes is suggesting here is that sometimes intelligence or surveillance is kept from Congress, due to the heavy leaks from within. Oftentimes surveillance and intelligence are too important to have leaked to the media, so standard elected officials without a specific security clearance aren't obliged to be informed of every investigation. This is standard procedure.

However, the House Intelligence Committee, which Nunes chairs, has access to any and all surveillance of everyone in the world that's committed by any of the nations under the, ‘Five Eyes’ agreement. These cooperative nations work together to monitor say, a high-level terrorist or an arms dealer internationally, and the House Select Committee on Intelligence would have access to this information, and all official records surrounding the investigation of those person(s) of interest.
Despite this, Nunes nor any member of the Committee could find a single document acknowledging the endless surveillance which we know occurred against the Trump Campaign and his eventual Administration.
The surveillance happened. Yet there is zero record of it. Either that, or it was destroyed, but it certainly didn't go through the proper channels in which the FBI and FISA courts are legally obliged to follow as standard procedure.
This brings about an endless conspiracy of criminal behavior, a potential earth-shattering realization that the FISA court, the FBI, and numerous high-level officials within it, including former Director James Comey, as well as the Justice Department, headed by then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, committed several federal crimes in both their illicit surveillance, interference in the 2016 elections, failures to document the surveillance, and obviously their attempt to cover it all up.
As these facts become a realization for Congress and the current Justice Department, it opens up the potential for criminal charges to be filed against everyone involved.
However, despite the impatience of those who want justice, there are dozens of questions that still remain which could implicate more people in a cover-up attempt.
This is where the investigation currently sits idle, in trying to determine who all was involved, and what the full extent of crimes that were committed by them happen to be.
Several lawmakers have already recommended criminal charges against former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former FBI Director James Comey, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch; but the case is only beginning.
There will be a massive “MAGA” event, where many are getting arrested.
“At the <i>highest level</i>, what is this? This is about a counterintelligence investigation that was at the height of a political campaign where you opened up an investigation using these ‘intelligence services,’ to spy on the other campaign.” Nunes firmly stated. “It's really serious stuff.”
Maria Bartiromo said, “It's quite extraordinary. So you're investigating the State Department? Does that mean it was Hillary Clinton pulling the strings? Here you have Hillary Clinton, who was Secretary of State, pulling the strings on an investigation against his political opponent, Donald Trump?!”
“Well… we don't know that, <i>yet</i>, but I can tell you what we do know. We know that longtime associates of Hillary Clinton, including Sidney Blumenthal, and another person I think, Corey Sherer, were actively giving information to the State Department which was <i>somehow</i> making its way to the FBI. This is from two people within the State Department who have now publicly come out and said this in major news publications,” Nunes affirmed. “We're trying to piece all of it together.”

What Nunes implies here, continuing, is that the case is beyond explosive. The Inspector General Michael Horowitz has everything he needs to hand to Attorney General Jeff Sessions to bring about charges against several individuals including Hillary Clinton <i>right now</i>, but they want everyone involved.
They want to be sure that every detail is covered, and every person involved in these crimes are brought to justice.
Make no mistake. These people are going to jail. When it's all said and done you will see these politicians and political appointees of Barack Obama in handcuffs.
