A federal judge has now issued an order to the Trump Administration demanding that the continuation of DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) applications continue - declaring the Trump Administration’s allowing of DACA to expire as “unlawful” - despite the fact that DACA was never a law in the first place - and sets a 90 day precedent for a new reason to end DACA.

The mental disorder known as liberalism has infested the minds of the Judicial branch, as well as the Legislative branch, but fortunately, Americans voted to save the Executive branch from a full throttle of cancerous progressivism.
Despite this, a federal judge believes that he can overrule the Trump Administration allowing the expiration of the DACA Executive Order from Barack Obama.

Many argued that the original Executive Order for DACA was Unconstitutional in the first place as it contradicts legislation for immigration laws which already existed, but Judge John Bates concluded as per his ruling that the end of DACA was to be considered as "arbitrary and capricious,” due to what he says is a failure of the Department of Homeland Security to "adequately explain its conclusion that the program was unlawful."
Judge Bates also accused the government of providing "meager legal reasoning" to support its decision, essentially acting as if he has the power to overrule the President of the United States of America.
So a federal judge can overrule Trump's efforts to end DACA, and make the government accept new applications ? @realDonaldTrump needs to remake these courts with America First people. This is a disgrace. Lawlessness is being protected by the very people who should love Justice.

That's what has continued to occur all throughout the Trump Administration, as liberal judges and their mental disorder known as liberalism try to subvert the will of the American people. It's setting a dangerous precedent for future generations, giving the courtroom the authority to outwit a sitting President.
No doubt the Trump Administration will fight the ruling as this case will inevitably end up before the Supreme Court, albeit Congress needs to revisit current immigration laws and redefine them to remove their vagueness, and specific areas of concern must be addressed when this happens again.
So lets get this straight.. A federal judge is telling the #DHS it has 90 days to provide him with a more compelling reason for rolling back #DACA, an Obama, unconstitutional exec. order, otherwise he could order its restoration. Are all federal judges brain-dead? Apparently.

Judge Bates is actually an appointee of George W. Bush for the US District Court in the District of Columbia, showcasing again how the establishment GOP, also known as “eGOP,” has continued to defy President Trump on every chance that's presented before them.
Bates also issued a 90-day delay to his ruling, arguing that the time delay is intended "to allow the agency an opportunity to better explain its rescission."

The Justice Department has already slammed the ruling, along with the DACA program stating that it's an "unlawful circumvention of Congress," and that the DOJ will not stop fighting to restore the rule of law by protecting Americans.
"The Department of Homeland Security, therefore, acted within its lawful authority in deciding to wind down DACA in an orderly manner," spokesman Devin O'Malley said in a statement. "Promoting and enforcing the rule of law is vital to protecting a nation, its borders, and its citizens. The Justice Department will continue to vigorously defend this position, and looks forward to vindicating its position in further litigation."

Texas and many border states had argued that DACA was not only Unconstitutional but that they would not stop fighting the Executive Order until it was defeated, to help curb the countless illegal immigrants who had settled in their communities at great cost to the taxpayer, an estimated $120 billion annually.
As a reminder, President Trump's proposed “Border Wall” would only cost $25 billion, saving taxpayers nearly $100 billion annually, and Congress has thus far failed to finance the project.

So Trump is unlawful for trying to reverse an unlawful program. Yeah, ok.
Judge Bates continued to argue against the border states saying that the Texas courts which were to halt DACA had an argument that "was so implausible that it fails even under the deferential arbitrary and capricious standard.”
Despite this opinion from the obviously anti-Trump judge, there's no doubt going to be repercussions from Texas courts when they issue a challenge in the coming days and weeks.

This battle is far from over, and Americans have already spoken loud and clear that DACA is not in their interests or the interests of this nation.
The Trump Administration now has 90 days to issue a new plan or logic behind scrapping DACA as per this ruling.
