New York Judge Rules Bar Can Throw Out Trump Supporter for Wearing MAGA Hat

A New York Judge has now succumbed levels of incomprehensible discrimination against Trump supporters by issuing a court ruling that bar owners are able to throw out voters of the 45th President of the United States of America based upon them wearing “MAGA” or “Make America Great Again” hats inside the facility.

The shocking ruling is reminiscent to Nazi Germany, as the fascists of the modern Democratic Party believe that they can now legally discriminate against the President and his supporters by denying them the ability to make the purchase over their ideological stances.

The case centers around a bar in the West Village, where Greg Piatek filed a lawsuit after being tossed out of “The Happiest Hour” bar for wearing his “Make America Great Again” hat.

Let that sink in for a moment. If you're an open supporter of the President of the United States of America, you're not welcome at 121 W 10th Street in New York, at The Happiest Hour bar.

I seem to remember an interesting case a few years ago where Christian bakers were forced to bake cakes for homosexual weddings at their private businesses even if it goes against their religion. Now that's a fascinating hypocrisy from Democrats, and a terrifying ruling from this Judge who allowed Greg Piatek to be thrown out of the bar.

The 30-year-old Philadelphia accountant was shocked that this could happen in America, and he was quite vocal about his experience in The Happiest Hour.

According to Piatek, he was told, “Anyone who supports Trump — or believes what you believe — is not welcome here! And you need to leave right now because we won’t serve you!”

Piatek and two friends had visited the 9/11 Memorial that day, and went out for a $15 Jalapeño margarita thereafter, but he had no idea he'd be treated with this type of abuse as a result.

He said after he went to order a second round, a male bartender noticed his hat, and continued to walk by him refusing to serve him.

“I can’t believe you would support someone so terrible and you must be as terrible a person!,” Piatek claimed a third bartender said to him.

Stunned by the treatment of he and his friends, Piatek went to speak to a manager, who then said to him, “Anyone who supports Trump or believes what you believe is not welcome here. And you need to leave right now because we won’t serve you!”

Appalling, to say the least.

Piatek then filed an order to prevent anyone else from suffering from this kind of discrimination in America.

The Manhattan Supreme Court, an infamously liberal-leaning courtroom, would stun the nation in siding with the bar.

The attorney representing the bar, Elizabeth Conway, argued that supporting President Trump is not a religion, and that in turn he shouldn't be allowed to wear what he wants.

The last time I checked this was the United States of America, but that free choice doesn't seem to be allowed in Liberal establishments.

Where it could be fair for Piatek to be thrown out if he had done something wrong, or acted out of turn disturbing customers, that's not what happened.

This man and his friends were minding their own business, simply wanting service.

“The purpose of the hat is that he wore it because he was visiting the 9/11 Memorial,” his attorney Paul Liggieri told Justice David Cohen in court Wednesday in Manhattan.

“He was paying spiritual tribute to the victims of 9/11. The Make America Great Again hat was part of his spiritual belief,” Liggieri said in the courtroom. “Rather than remove his hat, instead he held true to his spiritual belief and was forced from the bar.”

The judge then asked how the bar employees were supposed to be aware of his beliefs, as if to defend the employees of The Happiest Hour.

Liggieri simply replied, “He was wearing the hat.”

“Plaintiff does not state any faith-based principle to which the hat relates,” Judge Cohen said, and tossed the case out in the favor of the bar.

“Here the claim that plaintiff was not served and eventually escorted out of the bar because of his perceived support for President Trump is not outrageous conduct,” the Judge said.

What's groundbreaking about this case is that it allows others to now be essentially thrown out of an establishment for supporting President Trump. No doubt that there will be more cases similar to this, as a result.

When employees and business owners come to work in America, based upon the infamous bake the cake ruling, you're supposed to serve anyone who comes into your establishment.

That clearly doesn't apply to liberals, at least according to this Judge, and now Trump supporters are open season to be discriminated against.

It's been a while but there was a time when honest liberals would have been up in arms about ANYONE being refused for what was on their hat or T-Shirt. Today's "liberals" are not liberal at all but a left variant of fascist. Fascism has far more to do with style and attitude toward individual freedom than it does to any economic doctrine or even attitude toward race or religion. One could be Black, for example, and be a racial Fascist.

If this is emblematic of where we are heading as a country when it comes to freedom we are in deep trouble.

First of all i would demand a judicial review. The judge should be unbiased by law when ruling on a case. Obviously she was not. Objectivity in a case is what my tax dollars pay a judge. That courtroom belongs to the citizens of the United States not the Judge. How dare she rule in a clear cut DISCRIMINATION CASE that way. Some if not all judges should be reviewed after this BUSH, OBAMA, CLINTON ADMINISTRATIONS just because we all smell a RAT.

I don't go to bars anymore, but this one sounds pretty cool to me… I would actually like to hang out there… This isn't about politics. It's about FASHION SENSE, and any douchebag who would actually wear one of those stupid ugly hats deserves to be barred from the entire planet !!…

This is not going to be allowed to stand like this is it? What rights of appeal does this gentleman have? This is a cut and dry case of discrimination. No better than if someone was refused service because of their skin color.

This is not about religious freedom.

It is about freedom of speech.

Fascist leftists do not like free speech.

This nazi judge needs to be overturned.
