Giuliani: Mueller Case is Dead, Sessions Should Shut It Down

Rudy Giuliani is one of the most brilliant legal minds in America. Last night, as President Trump's attorney, he helped kill any potential case Robert Mueller may have had. Now he's asking for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to step in and shut down the witch hunt.

Last night, Rudy Giuliani appeared on Fox News’ Hannity, where he revealed an announcement that finally puts the nails in the coffin of Robert Mueller's last ditch effort of bringing about a campaign finance violation against President Trump. He said that Michael Cohen paid Stormy Daniels while Cohen was on retainer representing Trump and that he was later billed for the $130,000 and repaid it out of pocket.

Rudy Giuliani is quite possibly the greatest legal mind in American history-

Tonight- he ended Mueller's whole case.

Mueller has NOTHING. Go home.
— Courtney J. Trump ♠️♦️♣️♥️ (@IWillRedPillU) May 3, 2018

To those who don't understand: the Mueller case is dead.

Mueller attempted to investigate allegations of “Russian collusion,” and came up empty. Then, Mueller attempted to investigate claims of “obstruction,” and found nothing. Finally, Mueller was hoping to prove that Michael Cohen had paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 for her to end extortionist claims about an alleged affair with President Trump, and Mueller was going to say that campaign money was used for that purpose.

Robert Mueller was interested in one thing from the start, and it wasn't “justice,” it was taking down President Trump.

…

…

…

There's nothing illegal about repaying your attorney that you have on retainer when he sends you a bill…

…

…

…
— Courtney J. Trump ♠️♦️♣️♥️ (@IWillRedPillU) May 3, 2018

Wrong-

Even political candidates can have private attorneys for anything they like. Happens daily- Trump paid out of pocket. He's not an elected official at the time, it's not yours or anyone's business and no statute that states doing so is illegal. Try harder.
— Courtney J. Trump ♠️♦️♣️♥️ (@IWillRedPillU) May 3, 2018

Wasn't campaign money. Trump's private business dealings do not have to be shared with the FEC
— Courtney J. Trump ♠️♦️♣️♥️ (@IWillRedPillU) May 3, 2018

"It's not campaign money. No campaign finance violation. They funneled through a law firm and the President repaid it," Rudy Giuliani said.

This isn't illegal.

You seem frustrated that you aren't able to understand how to play chess- let alone multidimensional chess.
— Courtney J. President Trump and his attorney Rudolph Giuliani ended that doubt last night when Rudy told the world that Trump repaid Cohen out of pocket for that payment, as per a bill from the offices of Michael Cohen, unaware of the specifics of the bill, nor did he question those specifics.

The $130,000 is literal pocket-change to a man as wealthy as Donald Trump, and most millionaire celebrities, let alone ultra-rich billionaires such as Trump, never question paltry bills such as the one Michael Cohen sent to Trump, and he paid it without incident. This practice is common in the entertainment and corporate world.

To those who understand the law, this entire witch hunt was ended with a solution from Rudy Giuliani last night. He's a brilliant, and honest attorney.

I voted for Trump to be a president,
not a pastor.

Stormy Daniels is irrelevant.
Her career is dying and she’s clinging on to Trump for one more taste of fame and glory.

Rudy Giuliani slapped down the Russia witch hunt, but all liberals want to talk about is a porn star.#maga
— 🇺🇸CoreyJones🇺🇸 (@CoreyLMJones) May 3, 2018

President Trump will still suffer a slight bruising to his reputation at the hands of liberals who want to pry into his personal life, but the matter is formally absolved now. Mueller is chasing his tail.

Rudy doubled-down on this on “Fox & Friends” this morning, suggesting the above-mentioned witch hunt from Robert Mueller is beyond deceased at this point, has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars. Now it's time for the Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, to step in and close the case once and for all.

The American people wholeheartedly agree. Even liberals, outside of the far-left sycophants, realize that their best possible approach to challenging the GOP in 2018 and 2020 is to present ideas that resonate with the American people and stop the childish nature of these attacks.

So far, the Democratic Party has offered zero new ideas, and quite frankly, President Trump's policies are working for the American people.

Let's end the witch hunt, and if Democrats want to challenge the Party of Trump to the civil debate on ideas and what works for the American people, let's have that discussion.

Hey hater, Johnny. What is your backstory? Were you turned down in The Goldwayer? Where is the bitterness coming from? I'm curious! Share it so we can understand you more rather than credit your behavior to your pathetic existence! 😄

Johnny is a salty prick that rumor has it was fired from the GW. If you go back a month or so someone doxed him in the comments and explained the firing.

If true his comments reinforce that GW made the correct decision.
