Trump - Pardon Dinesh D’Souza - Indict Rosie O’Donnell for Multiple Illegal Campaign Donations

Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza was spared prison time after pleading guilty to violating federal campaign finance laws.

D’Souza was charged with illegally organizing for two people (friends of his) to make $10,000 campaign donations to Wendy E. Long, a friend from his days at Dartmouth College.

“She was asking me for other favors, like speaking and fundraisers and meeting with potential donors. I didn’t think that what I chose to do to help was a felony, but it was careless,” he explained. “Being prosecuted was the furthest thing from my mind.”

Dinesh was confined to an overnight center for 8 months with murders and rapists for violating campaign contributions law once. He is labeled a felon and is unable to vote.

Following his indictment, D’Souza argued that he was being targeted by the government due to his politics and criticism of the Obama administration, which he highlighted in his 2012 book and documentary “2016.” Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s office claimed that his actions were “serious and strike at the heart of our federal election system.”

Despite the “criminal” political targeting by the liberal left, this did not stop D’Souza, who proceeded with publishing a new book and releasing the documentary “America: Imagine the World Without Her” over the summer.

“The priceless look on the prosecutors’ faces is a look I will remember for a while. The Judge gave me some stern words earlier and seemed very upset with things I said and my criticism of the government. So I think they thought they were winning,” D’Souza added. “The main thing for me is not being silenced, and the government was trying to do that by trying to put me away.”

Left-wing activist Rosie O’Donnell has now been caught breaking the law five times.

She Used 4 different names & 5 different addresses, proof of intent to deceive, to make illegal donations to Democrats.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Justice isn&#39;t merely about whether you broke the law—it is also about whether others similarly situated receive the same penalty. <a href="https://t.co/X9AM0zjBIm">pic.twitter.com/X9AM0zjBIm</a></p>&mdash; Dinesh D&#39;Souza (@DineshDSouza) <a href="https://twitter.com/DineshDSouza/status/993561072857763841?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">May 7, 2018</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

O'Donnell, in a statement released over the weekend, put the blame on the candidates and their campaigns instead of herself.

"If 2700 is the cut-off – candidates should refund the money," O'Donnell wrote in an email to the New York Post. "I don't look to see who I can donate most to, I just donate assuming they do not accept what is over the limit."

O’Donnell told the paper that donating to anti-Trump candidates eases her anxiety.

Dinesh was taken away from his family for 8

months. He is ridiculed on Twitter by left-wing radicals who call him a felon. Rosie has done the same thing only multiple times and all while trying to hide it with false names and addresses. Will she meet the same fate that Dinesh met? Will we finally see a little justice swing towards the “right”?

If Rosie does not get indicted for these crimes, at the very least Trump needs to pardon Dinesh!

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@realDonaldTrump</a> Will <a href="https://twitter.com/Rosie?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@Rosie</a> be held accountable, as was <a href="https://twitter.com/DineshDSouza?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@DineshDSouza</a> for illegally exceeded campaign contribution limits? He was taken away from his family and labeled a felon. If no one has the backbone to make her pay for her crimes at the very least pardon him now! <a href="https://t.co/6mUCyB8ze3">https://t.co/6mUCyB8ze3</a></p>&mdash; Lexy (@PoliticallyRYT) <a href="https://twitter.com/PoliticallyRYT/status/993261040044531712?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">May 6, 2018</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Filings show that O’Donnell has donated more than $90,000 to 50 different federal candidates and committees during the 2017-18 election cycle.

Enough is enough! Conservatives are sick and tired of the hypocrisy. President Trump, I implore you to pardon Dinesh. He had a huge role in your election. He exposed the evil that is Hillary Clinton.

Conservatives, please leave comments and ask for Dinesh’s full pardon. Let’s make this go viral!

I can understand people not knowing the limits or all of the election laws but Rosie obviously knew she was doing something wrong and was covering it up with different names and addresses. That is even a worse crime. LOCK HER UP FOR A LONG TIME.

I would like to see both Dinesh pardoned, and Rosie in Prison. Thank you Lexy for keeping us well informed.

Her being imprisoned will have nothing to do with Trump backlash on her feud with him, but everything to do with her willfully breaking the law. She has no defense. It is laughable that she says she expects the candidates to return the money if she has given too much. It is their problem and not her. Why would she use multiple addresses and aliases if she wasn't being deceitful? She is extremely vile and unrepentant. She needs to face justice, and at the minimum should have the same sentence as Dinesh. Thanks for the article.

CHARGE ROSIE & LOCK HER UP!

The prosecution of Dinesh was outrageous from the start. D'Sousa's quote perfectly encapsulates the Left:

Yes!! Justice for Everyone Equally…. End the TWO-TIERED Justice System, NOW!!

Pardon Dinesh and convict the pig!

Anonymous No. 25530 2018-05-09 : 10:50

Yes, I think Dinesh got a raw deal.

But Sorry by his own admission he knowingly circumvented the Campaign Laws by using his friends etc.. to avoid the laws.

YES Rosie needs to be treated the same as Dinesh.

No better no worse.

If I were Dinesh, I would be Appealing, using the argument of selective Politically Based Prosecution.

Plus, I would be finding out which one of my "trusted" friends RAT'ed me out to the Federals.
