The Israelis we’re overjoyed with Trump’s decision but the Palestinians were enraged. Their desire is to make the city the capital of their future state. They argue that Trump’s decision ignores their demands.
To the Palestinians, they claim it is indicative of the White House’s pro-Israel bias.
Israel considers the Trump declaration as recognition of a historical fact.
Psalm 122:6-9 NIV
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels. ” For the sake of my family and friends, I will say, “Peace be within you.” For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your prosperity.
