The US’s representative at the United Nations Security Council, Ms Nikki Haley, yesterday stated that the violence seen at the Israel-Gaza border, in which some 55 Palestinians were killed, was not necessarily linked to the opening of the US embassy in Jerusalem, but rather done at the demand of Hamas.
Ms Haley said: “Let’s remember that the Hamas terrorist organisation has been inciting violence for years, long before the United States decided to move our embassy.”
“This is what is endangering the people of Gaza. Make no mistake, Hamas is pleased with the results from yesterday.”

Meanwhile the secretary-general to the United Nations, Mr Antonio Guterres claimed that the violence seen this week showed once again the urgent need for a political solution to the ongoing violence between Israelis and Palestinians. Speaking from Brussels at the EU headquarters, Mr Guterres states that there was a need for “a two-state solution allowing Palestinians and Israelis to live in peace and security together”.
In response to Ms Haley’s statements, many on the left commented on social media. For example, US comedian Chelsea Handler voiced her displeasure at the US’s official position, stating: “Nikki Haley is on TV talking about Hamas being responsible for the Palestinians protesting yesterday.”

Speaking with a Media buddy here in Atlanta, the will be a 2nd MASS ILLEGAL March on the US Southern Border just before the run up to the 2018 elections and Violence will be used and incited by Illegal Handlers. The goal is Liberal unity and OPEN BORDERS and to cast issues against Border controls.
I feel a nice VERY TALL Wall, and lots of Tear Gas could avert this Liberal planned illegal violent confrontation. That is sure to include women, teens and children for max. PR effect.
Of course this was setup to be a shit show from the get go. Israel has the right to defend herself especially after hamas sent the message telling the protestors to conceal knives or guns and try to take izzy soldiers or residents alive if possible for bargaining chips.
Is it right that Israel was gifted their country after WWII?? Well that's another discussion but it is what it is and the cards will fall where they fall.
At the end of the day the Israelis are just preventing an all out assault on their lives and protecting their citizens from being captured, killed or wounded. If the Palestinians left their wives and children at home they would be safe, but bringing a child into a violent protest is irresponsible and puts them at fault for anything that might happen to the child or wife.
