Nevada - Massive Drug Bust Yields $300K in Illegal Marijuana Products

A massive drug bust operation carried out by the Henderson police in Nevada yielded around $300K in marijuana products.

Members of the Southern Nevada Heroin Task Force stopped a vehicle on Boulder Highway during a proactive enforcement on May 15.

Officers learned during the checkpoint that marijuana products were being illegally sold and distributed from an unlawful residential dispensary located at the 800 block of Sheerwater Avenue, Henderson.

Among the items seized include $2,299 money. The drugs and related items confiscated are itemized as follows:

-Marijuana THC edibles (cookies, brownies, candies) (745 packages), (23,960) grams gross (52.82 LBS)

-Concentrated Marijuana wax (1,055 individual packages, multi-flavored), (22,922) grams gross (28.48 LBS).

-THC vaporizer cartridges (3,565 cartridges, multi flavored), (74, 321.1) grams gross (163.84 LBS).

-Marijuana (760) grams gross (1.67 LBS)

-Concentrated Marijuana THC syringes (282 packages), (1,820) grams gross (4.01) LBS

Investigators are still working on the case and probing further. The Henderson police also say that owing to the nature of the investigation, they are not yet releasing available information at this time including the suspects and their identities, and the charges they are pursuing, among other concerns.

In a Facebook post, the Henderson police also said that the case is pending indictment through the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.

The police are also making an appeal for the public’s help in advancing the case. Anyone with information regarding this case is urged to call the Henderson Police Department at 702-267-4911, 3-1-1, or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555 or visit Crime Stoppers website. Tips directly leading to a felony arrest or an indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.

I guess the ppl of Henderson must feel SO much safer now that ppl's medicine has been taken/stolen by police! Leave the ppl alone have they hurt anyone? No just the Gov is not getting their share of profits!! Let the ppl make a living!!!
