Law enforcement in Michigan says they've finally put away a vicious pedophile who not only engaged in the molestation of numerous children but also produced child pornography and was reported to have engaged in bestiality by having sexual relations with a horse on multiple occasions.
36-year-old Timothy Allen Weaver, of Dearborn, Michigan was first indicted in 2016 by a Cascade County Grand Jury after law enforcement with the Cascade County Sheriff's Office brought forth felony charges of deviate sexual conduct, solicitation of deviant sexual conduct, sexual abuse of children and assault on a minor as a result of a domestic dispute call to his residence, according to local affiliate<a href="http://www.ktvh.com/2018/05/weaver-sentenced-for-sexual-exploitation-of-a-child"> KTVH</a>.
The investigation began after the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that Weaver was engaged in potential abuse of women and children at his home between Great Falls and Helena in the city of Dearborn, where he'd allegedly pointed a shotgun at two women telling them he'd take their lives if they “didn't get off his mountain,” according to police.
The women and some of the children at the residence then fled the scene, as Weaver covered himself in gasoline from head-to-toe, and locked himself in the house threatening to set himself on fire, according to court documents, while two infants remained inside the home.
Sheriff's Deputies would later determine from one of the women that Weaver had engaged in the sexual abuse of multiple women and their children inside the home, forcing her to have sexual relations with countless other women “she did not approve of,” as well as raping them to feed his “huge sexual appetite.”
The same victim claimed that Weaver had not only filmed the sex acts with himself and the children but of him having forced sexual relations with a black horse which was on the property. The disturbing bestiality claim added a non-human victim into the cycle of abuse, prompting law enforcement agencies to assume they were dealing with a very sick man.
A nine-year-old girl also told law enforcement that Weaver would force her to “play dress up,” and “have to wear short shorts,” where the girl's mother nor any adults were allowed into the room with Weaver.
After obtaining and executing a search warrant at Weaver’s residence, Deputies found what they described as being “a large volume” of child pornography, including images and videos of Weaver forcing children to engage in sexual relations with him.
Officials also said that they found disturbing home-made pornography involving the sexual abuse of the horse, with some of the images portraying Weaver forcing the women to have placed their hands inside the horse’s vagina.
After authorities began to interrogate Weaver, he then grabbed a gun and pointed it at them demanding they too “get off his mountain,” leading to his eventual arrest.
Once in custody, Weaver didn't dispute the allegations that he'd engaged in sex with a nine-year-old girl and that it had occurred recently to the time of his arrest.
“Tim knew what he was doing was wrong and repeatedly asked us to shoot him,” the detective’s report stated.
When asked about the horse, he confessed that he had engaged in committing sex acts with the animal in order “to push the envelope and feel loved.”
Detectives also said that Weaver admitted he is sexually attracted to children, and that despite knowing it's wrong, he couldn't contain himself. He also made the admission that authorities would discover child pornography inside of his residency.
The Cascade County Sheriff's Office said that they also found several electronic devices inside of Weaver's residence including a computer, a Polaroid Tablet, and a Microsoft mobile phone; all of which they were used in the production and transmission of child pornography.
After being charged on those counts, Weaver would face additional charges including assault with a deadly weapon, and that of child pornography.
In total, Weaver faced 74 charges of sexual exploitation of a child, two receipts of child pornography charges, deviate sexual conduct, solicitation of deviate sexual conduct, sexual abuse of children, assault on a minor, partner/family member assault, production of child pornography, and transmission of child pornography.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Cyndee Peterson said the rape of the 9-year-old lasted for a period of five years, which she said was “shocking and horrendous.”
"He sadistically and repeatedly sexually exploited her over a period of five years," Peterson said.
In August of 2017, Weaver entered a not-guilty plea and was held on a half-million dollar bond. Later this year, Weaver agreed to a plea bargain which would result in 40 years imprisonment for his crimes.
On Tuesday, Judge Brian Morris finally sentenced Weaver to a total of 500 months in prison for his disgusting crimes.
Judge Morris broke down the sentencing as 360 months in a federal prison for the sexual exploitation charges, and 140 months for the child pornography charges.
This is one of the more graphic and disturbing cases we've reported surrounding a pedophile and the involvement with the production and distribution of child pornography, making matters very surreal with Weaver having engaged in sexual relationships with a horse.
As per the Judge's orders, if Weaver is ever released from federal prison he will also be placed on supervised release until his death.
Counts 66 through 74 of the sexual exploitation charges against Weaver also named Michelle Andra Joyner, Weaver’s live-in lover and mother of one of the children, as being a co-defendant in the case. She's set for sentencing on June 6th.
