Austrian Chancellor Mr. Sebastian Kurz has been put under even stricter security after members of Turkish President Erdogan’s AKP party placed death threats against him on several social media sites.
After Austria had decided last week that 60 imams with ties to the Turkish state and their families would be deported as part of "efforts to combat political Islam," and Vienna decided subsequently to close 7 mosques at the order of the Prime Minister’s office, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, hoping for re-election on June 24th, reacted furiously yesterday when he spoke about Austrian Chancellor Kurz at a rally of his AKP party and stated literally: "Your amateurish attitude could cost you a lot. You must know that closing a mosque in Austria and deporting religious men would start the battle of the cross and the crescent again, for which you will be responsible."

Later that evening, several death threats were posted on social media in Austria against Mr. Kurz by Erdogan supporters.

The Austrian News Agency (APA) now states that additional security forces in Vienna have taken these threats by AKP supporters very seriously and that intelligence and counter-terrorism units are in pursuit of the people who posted said social media messages. Meanwhile, the security detail for Mr Kurz and his family has been broadened.

When seeing imagery of Austrian children, of Turkish origin, being paraded in mosques wearing military uniforms and celebrating a Turkish World War I victory, Chancellor Kurz had stated that: "Our country has no place for parallel societies, politic Islam or radicalization."
"This matter has no place in Austria, we will not tolerate such things at all."
There are about half a million Muslims in Austria, and most of them are of Turkish origin.

I applaud Kurz's brilliant and courageous stand against the plague of Islam in Western nations. Pray other leaders take his same STAND AGAINST this murderous invasion into our countries.
It's about time European politicians begin rejecting the Coudenhove-Kalergi plan to mongrelize the European peoples. Mr. Erdogan has been an advocate of the islamization of European society, what some have called a "soft Muslim invasion". Sadly, the holy book of Islam calls for conversion or submission by non-muslims and this is an existential threat to Europe. I am very heartened to hear that these leaders are finally standing up to the danger and doing something about it.
Austria and Turkey were on the same side in WWI. Why should the Austrians object to a celebration about a Turkish victory? I'm all for restricting Muslim immigration to Europe but how can the authorities say that "this matter has no place in Austria.." It certainly does. It was called the Central Powers.
Europe needs to deport ALL MUSLIMS.
