We can’t say he didn’t have it coming. After actor Robert De Niro wowed crowds during the Tony Awards last week by telling US television audiences ‘Fuck Trump’, this time around it was a Trump supporter who decided to have the last laugh.
During a performance of Mr. De Niro’s directed musical “A Bronx Tale”, an audience member rolled out a flag on Saturday evening, standing up during the curtain call and displaying a “Keep America Great! Trump 2020” banner towards all of the audience. He was escorted out shortly afterward.
The events took place at the New York Longacre Theatre this Saturday.

Audience member Joe Del Vicario, who posted the picture on social media, said: “The times we live in.”

Mr Brian Strumwasser, who works backstage for the “Bronx Tale” musical, claimed that the Trump supporter “disrespected” the cast and crew with his actions: “Whoever the low life scum bag who thinks it’s ok to post their political views at a Broadway show and disrespect everyone there who paid to watch a show that is ALL ABOUT INCLUSION was thankfully removed from the theater Saturday night.”
“Robert De Niro is one of our directors and has started in the movie and was able to make 6000 people roar and cheer @thetonyawards for saying ‘F*CK TRUMP,'”

Mr. Trump waded into the row with Mr. De Niro last week when he said that “Robert De Niro, a very Low IQ individual, has received too many shots to the head by real boxers in movies. I watched him last night and truly believe he may be punch-drunk.”
