Liberal Judge Releases Pedophile Illegal Alien on Trial for Raping a Mentally-Impaired Child

In a disturbing example of the dangers of federal fugitive illegal aliens, of which President Trump consistently warns Americans about, law enforcement arrested 41-year-old Reynaldo Mora for the rape and impregnation of a mentally-handicapped child in Maryland, only for a liberal judge to free him without paying a cent in bond.

The disturbing crime occurred when Reynaldo Mora, of Bethesda, Maryland; was tasked with babysitting a 13-year-old girl who police say is a “special needs” child that can only able to communicate with "gestures and writing" and has the "intellect of a first grader,” as reported by Washington, DC ABC News affiliate<a href="http://wjla.com/news/local/undocumented-immigrant-accused-raping-impregnating-non-verbal-montgomery-county-girl"> Channel 7 WJLA</a>.

The babysitting on behalf of Reynaldo Mora occurred in February, where he was watching both the mentally impaired child along with her two siblings at their Kensington home when Detectives say that she was forced into a bedroom where Mora took physical control of the child and raped her.

In April, the 13-year-old child showed signs of illness, which her aunt believed were symptoms of pregnancy, only to give the girl a pregnancy test and for the results came back positive.

After receiving the alarming news, her aunt then took her to the Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, and Maryland, where medical staff determined that she was 11 weeks pregnant at the time of the visit.

The child then explained the horrific incident to her aunt, who contacted the Montgomery County Police Department. During an interview with detectives, the young girl recounted her tragic rape and pinpointed Mora as being the father of her unborn child.

Knowing that Mora was left to babysit the children, the family was devastated; feeling a sense of responsibility for the child's rape and pregnancy.

Police then obtained a warrant for the arrest of Reynaldo Mora and took him into custody on April 19th, where a Montgomery County District Court Judge initially denied his ability to post a bond.

Rightfully so, Mora spent the next seven weeks in custody at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Clarksburg, Maryland, before his defense attorney began to demand his release.

Yes, an attorney actually made an effort to free a federal fugitive illegal alien pedophile who had raped a 13-year-old child in her own home while watching her two siblings. Disgusting as the original crime is, the attorney, Jose Campos, continued to pressure the courts to free his client.

Campos filed a motion to reconsider bond, in which he declared fourteen reasons that his client should be released from custody.

“Being detained will not allow him to work and provide for his family and will hinder him to present a proper defense,” Jose Campos said in the two-page motion to the court. "Counsel is willing to safely keep Mr. Mora's passport under a locked cabinet in Counsel's office until the court no longer has this requirement.”

Jose Campos then argued that his client, an illegal alien pedophile child molester, had no <i>prior criminal record</i> and has a $1000 a month child support payment for other children he's fathered, as well as saying that his client would surrender his passport if released from custody.

To make matters more disturbing, Jose Campos says that Reynaldo Mora’s employer is willing to allow the child rapist to live in his home with his family in Rockville, Maryland, <i>where the employer has a three-year-old child of his own</i>, said Campos.

<b>On June 1st, Mora appeared before a clearly dangerous liberal judge for a second bond review hearing, where Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Steven Salant allowed Mora to ascertain a “personal recognizance” bond, that Freed him from custody without putting a single penny down, or any property as collateral.</b>

The Montgomery County State Attorney’s became enraged by Judge Salant’s decision after the office had already sent a recommendation to keep Mora in custody due to the threats he poses to society.

Fortunately, for the sake of justice, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency had placed a detainer on Mora, which then granted the federal agency custody of Mora upon his release.

On June 6th, ICE apprehended Mora after the Montgomery County Police surrendered custody.

Court documents show that Mora is a Mexican National, where he's separated from his wife and three children, aged three, ten, and thirteen.

The very illegal alien who raped a thirteen-year-old girl has a child the same age. Disgusting.

Campos claims his client is “innocent,” despite the young girl being pregnant. "I think some evidence will show something else," Campos said as if to suggest that another person is responsible for impregnating the disabled 13-year-old girl.

A paternity test has been performed, but it could take up to 90 days to confirm the results.

“He willingly submitted to a DNA test and he is hopeful that this DNA test is going to clear everything,” Campos argues.

Mora is now scheduled for a three-day trial in October, where he remains in custody until that time. If convicted, he faces up to sixty years in prison, and then ICE will deport him after his sentence, assuming he is still alive.

As per Judge Salant, investigative journalism on his history produced quite interesting results.

There's also a<a href="https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/maryland/mddce/8:2015cv02602/326993/6/"> civil suit brought against Judge Salant </a>in the case, “ENOW vs Judge Steven G. Salant,” where the plaintiff Ndokey Enow accuses Salant of violating his rights under the First, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments; and the Maryland Tort Claims Act.

There's another case where Judge Steven G. Salant was given a "dismissal with warning" from an investigative panel of the Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities, in a rape case in 2009, as reported by<a href="http://www.gazette.net/stories/01192011/gaitnew193734_32533.php"> Gazette.net </a>.

Several friends and family members of a 15-year-old rape victim complained about comments he made at the September 2009 sentencing hearing for three boys accused of the crime.

Clearly, Judge Salant is alleged to have a history of interventionist opinions, which make him unsuitable for being fair and following the law while on the bench, in my opinion.

Allowing a criminal illegal alien pedophile to walk free without a bond in any form is a disgrace, especially when considering the heinous nature of the crime of raping a mentally-handicapped child.

Meanwhile, the debate as per how to handle illegal immigration in the United States of America continues to rage in Congress, whereas the President and the people want to see a wall built along the southern border, and Congress continues to stonewall.

President Trump has brought endless attention towards the memory of the Americans murdered at the hands of illegal aliens, yet the media continues to ignore these horrific crimes against American citizens.

The Democratic Party is promoting outright amnesty, with the likes of<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/29150-Beware-of-Feinstein-New-Bill-Would-Outlaw-Almost-All-Arrests-of-Illegal-Aliens-in-the-US"> Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) introducing a bill that would outlaw arresting illegal aliens </a>anywhere in the nation outside of 100 miles of the border.

Yes, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is no pushing a new bill that will prevent the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency as well as all local, city, and state authorities from apprehending almost every illegal alien in America.

The bill, the “Keep Families Together Act,” is being pushed by every liberal media outlet in the United States of America as well as every social media platform controlled by globalist big tech companies that back the Democratic Party.

There's a coordinated campaign, including using high-profile celebrities and even bot accounts to give the false impression of support for ending the arrests of illegal aliens except for within a 100-mile radius of the United States of America's Border with Mexico.

This would make any arrests of illegal aliens outside of that range barred from occurring, an extremely dangerous policy that has resulted in countless Americans losing their lives all across the United States of America.

Every Democrat in the United States Senate has agreed to sign the bill, meaning that if any Republican traitors back the bill it could destroy the very fabric of our nation's rule of law.

Currently, zero Republicans support the bill, but there's an active effort from the left to warm-up to the likes of John McCain (R-AZ), a known party-traitor, to get him to sign the bill.

As per the Feinstein bill, it would also allow gives control over the Health and Human Services agency, the Department of Homeland Security, the Secret Service (as per being part of DHS), the Department of Justice, and several others from performing their everyday duties.

It's a massive overreach of government.

What it also does by preventing the arrests outside of 100 miles of the border is say to criminal illegal aliens that they cannot be arrested anywhere else in the country regardless of their crimes.

This is the most radical Communist immigration bill to ever hit the floor of the Senate, and every Democrat has positioned themselves to back it.

Some have suggested decriminalizing unlawful entry entirely per the repeal of 8 U.S.C. § 1325, although that's also a dangerous measure.

There are additional bills being proposed by Republicans in counter to Feinstein, such as that of Senator Mark Meadows (R-NC) of the Freedom Caucus, who is introducing his own bill that will keep parents detained with their children.

"We need to better enforce our immigration laws, but we can do so while keeping parents and children together. I believe my bill will help do that," said Meadows, who visited the President in White House.

Meadows’ bill will also make it increasingly difficult to seek asylum in the United States of America, a measure most Conservatives support.

"U.S. border officials need better tools to control the system, keep out violent criminals, and identify those who may be seeking to illegitimately take advantage of our asylum laws," Meadows said. "By cutting down on asylum fraud, we can keep families together without running a greater risk of traffickers or violent criminals using children to take advantage of the rules."

There's also bitter RINOs in the GOP who have attacked the President, even when standing in disagreement with Dianne Feinstein.

Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) said that she doesn't support Feinstein’s bill, but she proceeded to blast President Trump anyway.

“We need to fix our immigration laws, and using children is not the answer,” Senator Collins said.

“What the Administration has decided to do is to separate children from their parents to try to send a message that if you cross the border with children, your children are going to be ripped away from you,” Collins argued. “That’s traumatizing to the children who are innocent victims, and it is contrary to our values in this country.”

Collins is beyond wrong here. These people are criminal aliens who have decided to violate federal immigration laws, and they're the ones using children in order to get a free pass into the United States of America in the first place.

It's great that she's exposed herself, however. Hopefully, the people of Maine remember this.

President Trump will meet with Senator Ted Cruz and Senator John Cornyn of Texas, as well as other Republicans this week to consider their options.

The best possible solution here is a comprehensive immigration package that ends the detainment of children by separating them from their parents, offering a pathway to citizenship for DACA recipients or those children in the US currently, fully funding the border wall with Mexico, bolstering border security, ending chain migration, and ending the diversity lottery once and for all.

If such a bill cannot be agreed to, it's certain that Trump supporters won't be happy. These are the goals of the people who voted for the President of the United States of America, and they expect them to be met.

Most importantly, of course, is funding and building the long-awaited border wall.

Democrats want you to no longer see criminal illegal aliens arrested. So in the meantime, be sure to contact ICE whenever possible and report all illegals.
