As soon as US President Donald Trump told his fans, who by all accounts still makeup about half of the population, at recent rallies not to believe what they read and hear in the mainstream media, it was clear that there would be some sort of reaction from CNN, MSNBC and Hollywood for that matter.
Related coverage: Alex Jones targeted by Facebook and Apple over hate speech.
And now, the May 2018 imprisonment in the UK of rightwing activist Mr Tommy Robinson who stood accused of fear-mongering by the powers that be in Britain followed by a press gag for mainstream media over there, has seen its US version in the coordinated purge by Silicon Valley (in clear collusion with the MSM) of Mr Alex Jones’s Infowars channel on all major social media outlets, exactly in the style as described by Mr George Orwell in his dystopian classic ‘1984.’
Whether you like @RealAlexJones and Infowars or not, he is undeniably the victim today of collusion by the big tech giants. What price free speech? https://t.co/DWroGYaWvk

You may like or not like Mr Jones, that is beside the point. What is fearful is that exactly one week after the New York Times hires an openly anti-white editor, exactly one week after Conservative voices on Twitter get hit with a Quality Filter Ban purging their opinions from the main discussions, now one of the first pillars of a democratic society is shifting: freedom of the press.
Good news: YouTube, Facebook, Apple and Spotify are all banning Alex Jones and Infowars. Bad news: He’ll either get a job offer from Fox News or Donald Trump.

I will repeat, whether you like Mr Jones or not, whether you agree with him or not is beside the point. The fact that it is decided above your head that he can no longer be heard as ‘the powers that be’ fear his reasoning, that is the moment that ‘you’re next’.
Over in Hollywood, most liberal voices celebrated in the coordinated takedown of Mr Jones meanwhile.
Longtime Trump critic and pretend Canada-mover Ms Chelsea Handler tweeted: “Good news: YouTube, Facebook, Apple and Spotify are all banning Alex Jones and Infowars. Bad news: He’ll either get a job offer from Fox News or Donald Trump.”
The star of Will&Grace, Ms Debra Messing chimed in as well.
YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!! Thank you @Apple! https://t.co/QeZD6F4Jx5

Star Wars actor Mr George Takei also agreed with that, claiming the ban was ‘long overdue’.
This ban is long past overdue. https://t.co/Y0XFfcbXwE

Mr Jones thus becomes a martyr of the freedom of speech in the same year social media stands accused of hoarding personal data for profit.
We are eager to see how this will play out in the 2018 Midterms.
