There's stunning news surrounding a manhunt being ignored by mainstream media coming out of the Indianapolis, Indiana area, where an “open borders” Judge and Sheriff's Office in Marion County released a criminal illegal alien, 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez, who almost killed 27-year-old Jessica Parks, and now is on the loose after she failed to show up for her court hearing.
The case is one that will examine the ideals of “open borders,” the policy which both the Democratic Party’s elite, and the RINO (Republicans in name only) backers of the GOP, who have now put the interests of an illegal alien before that of an African-American preschool teacher by releasing the foreign invader, who nearly killed the innocent woman in a hit-and-run, and unsurprisingly, the illegal alien has failed to show for her court appearance after release, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, who are now engaged in a nationwide manhunt to find the suspect.

The victim is 27-year-old Jessica Parks, an upstanding black woman who cares about her community, according to her peers; was on her way to work at the Fervent Prayer Church in Indianapolis earlier this spring, where several of the Church’s officials said she is one of the top-rated preschool teachers in the area, as well as an exceptional caregiver to their own children, and loved by all.
Parks walks the same route every day, they said, but in the blink of an eye, here life was about to change, and she would truly learn the meaning of the phrase “the grace of God,” up-close and personal.
As Parks was crossing 38th Street to head into Fervent Prayer Church, on foot, eyewitnesses could see the car speeding in her direction, but before they could scream for Parks to move, the vehicle was a split second from impact.
36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez was driving a car down 38th Street, <I>along the same route Parks walks daily to head into work</i>, and just as Loa-Nunez, originally from Mexico, had zero respect for the immigration laws of the United States of America when she entered the country illegally, she also avoided the traffic and safety laws of a speed limit of 40mph that day, which would soon create a chain of events that would shock the community, and the nation, <i>or at least those who have heard the story,</i> <b>since the mainstream media is desperately trying to suppress this case.</b>
Loa-Nunez came flying down the street and between German Church Road and Mitthoeffer Road, when she slammed into Parks with brutal and earth-shattering force, crushing both her legs by instantly, and sending Parks just before noon, sending the preschool teacher into the air, in what seemed like a slow-motion horror film to eyewitnesses who were in complete shock at what they'd just seen.
As Good Samaritans from the Fervent Prayer Church, and surrounding businesses, all would rush to the aid of Parks, they attempting to call 911, and realized just how blessed she had been to even be alive, telling the woman that everything was going to be alright.
Some of the eyewitnesses had driven to check on the occupant of the car which hit Parks, a tiny sedan, and as expected, the driver seemed to them to have also been in shock, with very little physical damages to herself or the vehicle.
When one of the witnesses pulled their car to approach Loa-Nunez, she slammed the accelerator to her car and made an attempted escape from the crime she just committed, showing zero remorse or care for the woman she may have just killed, and she fled the scene.
Fortunately, those watching the incident were law-abiding American citizens, with compassion and a desire to see “justice for all,” and several quick-thinking Good Samaritans made the impromptu decision to act and pursue her, before law enforcement or paramedics had arrived to treat Parks.

<span style="margin-top:15px;rgba(42,51,6,0.7);font-size:12px;">36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez, an illegal alien in the United States of America illegally, nearly killed Jessica Parks, fled from police, and then would be again given a chance to flee because the Democratic Party, and those with open borders policies, put an illegal alien before the life of an African-American, and all Americans. Credit:<a href="https://www.theindychannel.com/news/local-news/crime/ice-blasts-release-of-driver-who-tried-to-flee-crash-says-she-is-danger-to-others"> The Indy Channel.</a></span>
Loa-Nunez, an illegal alien, although none of the people who gave chase knew this fact at the time, was already a wanted fugitive from federal law enforcement agencies for violating the United States of America's immigration laws, and clearly was selfish in her attempt to flee the scene of the crime. She displayed little to no concern for the wellbeing of the woman she could have just killed, and her first instinct was to continue to commit crimes.
This is the mentality of the nation's illegal alien population, who more-often-than-not show no interest in putting anyone else's lives or that of their children into consideration when making a decision, and for all Loa-Nunez knew, Jessica Parks could be laying on the ground taking her final breath.
However, Parks wasn't dead, albeit some say they thought she was close to it.
Paramedics responded to the scene, and immediately transported Ms. Parks to a nearby hospital, where she would undergo treatment of major trauma to her broken leg, having sustained damages to her lower body, and spine, doctors would later say.
What Parks would be unaware of at the time, is that several witnesses, who did care about Jessica Parks, had given pursuit to Loa-Nunez after her attempted hit-and-run crime-spree, and two of those brave and patriotic heroes even used their vehicles to form a blockade, trapping Loa-Nunez in to where she couldn't drive away or even make an effort to elude law enforcement, who were on their way to the scene.

A Church bus driver, Van Williams, who just so happened to be present as an angel of God that day, and whose heroic actions may have helped capture the criminal responsible for Jessica's attack, said that his “instincts kicked in,” and he eventually veered his vehicle in front of the vehicle Loa-Nunez was trying to escape in, pictured above.
Meanwhile, another citizen pulled behind Loa-Nunez, and the pair approached her driver's door, demanding her keys and her submission, blocking her in until police arrived, ensuring that she wouldn't get away twice.
“You just have to kind of take charge of every situation that you can,” Van Williams said. “I was able to call the school, and tell them to call 911, who informed them that a teacher had been struck while I was en route to chase the car down.”
“I heard her take off,” said the second person who also gave chase to the illegal alien that nearly killed Jessica Perks. The time-frame in which the car driven by Loa-Nunez was driving had hit Parks happened so fast, that the quick thinking of Van Williams and heroic Good Samaritan Shayna Pearson are absolutely deserving of a medal, because, without these two, we'd likely never have known who the criminal was that hit Parks in the first place.
Shayna, who also gave chase to Loa-Nunez, recounted the moments as she watched her speed away from the scene of the tragic crime.
“So we jumped in, we took off after her,” Shayna Pearson stated.
Pearson eventually got to the point where she, alongside hero Van Williams, had blocked Loa-Nunez from her escape, and she said she went over to the woman and told her she wasn't going to leave because she wouldn't allow it.
“The only thing she kept saying before I pulled off to go find the police was, ‘you need to let me go, you need to let me go, I have to go right now,’” Pearson said, recalling the illegal alien demanding to continue her escape. “No, you don’t. You’re not going nowhere until the police get here.”
Shayna Pearson and Van Williams were not about to let the foreign criminal invader, who at the time they were unaware was a federal fugitive illegal alien, attempt to escape the justice she deserved for her horrific crimes against an American, an especially a local from the community, and the good Christian who the whole area knows as a loving and kind Jessica Parks deserved that much as to have the person who hit her see her day in court
“And I told her to sit in the car, turn the car off. And she was trying to explain, ‘I gotta go, I gotta go. I gotta leave, I gotta leave,’” Williams said, in his recalling of the ranting desires of the foreign invader who nearly killed the innocent preschool teacher. “I said ‘no ma’am, sit in the car. The police are on the way.’”
“You left the scene of an accident, you should have stayed there,” Williams added, and just as he finished those words the sirens and lights could be seen arriving to enforce those laws, or so the pair of heroes had hoped, although police were grateful for their quick-thinking actions of chasing the illegal alien and holding her until they arrived, no doubt.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department would arrive to the scene of the trio, thankful and amused, as they pulled out their handcuffs and put them around the wrists of 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez into police custody, where she would be taken for a blood sample, and interrogated for further questioning as per her decision to flee the scene of the crime.
Law enforcement was appreciative of the fact that the community assisted in the arrest, and wanted to express this publicly, “Any time you have an individual who wants to go beyond the line of just calling 911 but also intervening, it’s great,” said IMPD Officer Aaron Hamer. “It says a lot about our community.”
Police also had to ensure that Loa-Nunez wasn't under the influence of either drugs or narcotics, which is, unfortunately, something that law enforcement from the tri-state region too often has to deal with.
The interrogation efforts would eventually lead the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department to filing charges against Loa-Nunez, which included the crimes of “leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury,” and the second charge of “knowingly or intentionally operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license,” according to a court records and the case summary files from Marion County Prosecutor's efforts to let the illegal alien familiarize with their legal system, and soon, Loa-Nunez would realize, <i>to her advantage,</i> the Marion County, Indiana system was broken beyond repair.
James Jackson, who is the Lead Pastor at Fervent Prayer Church, as well as her friend, said that Jessica Parks is compassionate Christian, and a well-loved member of the church staff, who should never have had to endure the pain she's suffered as a result.
“Tremendous young lady, we love her,” Pastor Jackson said. “And we’re just very very sad that this happened to her today.”
“There’s a lot of good people in the community,” Pastor Jackson said of the heroes who quickly apprehended federal criminal illegal alien Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez, holding her until police arrive. “These are folks who were on their way to work and they took it upon themselves to get involved.”
“They said my daughters gonna have to be in the hospital for at least six months to a year for her to be able to use her legs,” said her father, Wayland Coe, after the accident.
To the shock of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, they would find that Loa-Nunez was an illegal immigrant, who came to the US from Mexico.
<div style="width:100%;text-align:center;margin:0 auto;"><iframe width="360" height="202" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Wgi5eZs6hx0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
After processing the history of Loa-Nunez, and putting her into the criminal registry as having entered the United States of America from Mexico, the IMPD had a near-immediate retainer order sent over from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, which accompanied an administrative arrest warrant, to ensure that the federal agency take custody of the woman prior to her release, so their they could begin the process of her deportation, <i>or so they thought.</i>
Shockingly enough, Loa-Nunez would somehow receive an ally in the form of the Democratic Party’s hatred for America and the laws that we currently have, and that would come in the form of a cultural Marxist within the judicial system of Marion County, Indiana, who clearly supports the left's desire to “abolish ICE,” and engage in the destructive “open borders” policies that the Democrats continue to push down the throats of Americans.
On the day of her hearing, Loa-Nunez was believed to be arraigned and held prisoner until trial, being that she had first fled the scene of a near-fatality, then was found to be an illegal alien, a foreign invader who continued to break the laws inside of our country; a radical leftist court was going to shock the community.
Judge Sarah Evans Barker, who took the side of the illegal alien, without any hesitation, listened as the criminal illegal alien claimed she “wasn't fleeing law enforcement,” but instead arguing that “the people honking their horns at her scared her,” clearly fearing that she was a target of racists, who wanted to do her harm.
Using this social justice narrative as a scapegoat for her efforts to avoid jail-time until trial, a typical Judge would have simply read statements from the two heroic members or the community, Van Williams and Shayna Pearson, where Loa-Nunez displayed her “intent” to flee again even after the pair has stopped her.
That wasn't the case, in part due to the globalist, liberal mindset of the woman in robes presiding over the court that day, Judge Sarah Evans Barker, who desperately needs to resign, or behave her ability to wear robes in presiding over a courtroom taken by a higher power.
For Loa-Nunez, her efforts were focused on the endgame: which was that of her plan towards achieving freedom. She was blatantly obvious as she continued to lie to the court, playing a victim, with emotions that would have won her an Oscar, as she cried over a nonexistent physical threat she felt to her being imposed by the Good Samaritans and first responders who witnessed her crime spree. She had no plans of remaining in custody and manipulated the efforts of the prosecution to hold her until her criminal trial this August, and she did so with success, to the shock of everyone in attendance.
In an appalling response, the “open borders,” Democratic Party idealist’s dream of a perfect judge to push their agenda would be displayed for all to see, in horror, as the Marion County Judge issued a minuscule $250 cash bond, shocking the family of Jessica Parks, and the entire congregation of the Fervent Prayer Church.
Stunned, they had no choice but to watch, as within a matter of hours, Loa-Nunez paid the tiny sum, and was released into society as a free woman, despite being both <i>a flight risk who tried to run away once before,</i> and an illegal alien from Mexico. Yes, this Judge had just set free a literal <i>foreign invader</i> with no regard for the lives of Americans, proven already by her actions.
Four hours after the Judge granted bond, the locals would never see
A grave injustice had been committed on that day, but the impending fury of the family and those who are tasked with protecting this country would become a story all to itself.
Not a single citizen from the community had expected this release, as all had expected the continued detainment until a later trial date to happen to happen. Thea anger began to spread among the ears and mouths of locals, and it would also similarly brew into federal immigration offices within Washington, DC.
As a little background on Judge Sarah Evans Barker, she's a known RINO, who has publicly blasted President Trump and his securing of the nation's borders, once suggesting his rhetoric was, “really ugly, divisive, and demeaning words and hate-filled, violence-tinged name-calling, your responsibilities as new citizens,” in a statement that she made to “sixty-eight immigrants, from places as varied as Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, along with their families. Members of the Daughters of the American Revolution handed out small American flags,” as written in<a href="https://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/a-federal-judge-has-a-message-for-naturalized-citizens-and-trump"> The New Yorker</a> via a clear attack piece on President Trump.
<b>There's no doubt, Judge Sarah Evans Barker, hates President Trump, and that supports open borders policies of Globalists</b>
“On the nettlesome issues surrounding immigration policy in the United States, no group of American citizens is better qualified to contribute to this debate than you are,” Judge Sarah Evans Barker says to the immigrants said to the <i>sixty-eight immigrants, from places as varied as Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo</i>, again putting their interests before that of Americans.
She also took it personal when President Trump blasted her close colleague and ally, that of Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who on the campaign trail, where he said the Judge had a conflict of interest in any border wall ruling by being impartial for being Mexican, a sentiment many, if not most Americans, would agree was accurate, <i>because facts don't care about feelings and the truth is oftentimes politically incorrect.</i>
It's a theme of the Trump Presidency to see his policy come under fire by globalist RINO and the Democratic Party’s liberal elite judges alike, <i>which says a lot about our “two-party system”</i> in general, as they both work against the will of the people in attacking President Trump.
"I mean, it's really sad when every single case filed against us is in the 9th Circuit," Trump told a gathering of governors Monday at the White House. "We lose, we lose, we lose, and then we do fine in the Supreme Court. But what does that tell you about our court system? It's a very, very sad thing."
The Trump Administration has not been silent about the dangers of these judges, and again the 45th President of the United States of America is proven right, in the case of Loa-Nunez, who has now become the source of anger for many in Indiana.
Little did those in Marion County, Indiana, know, that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency would also soon become infuriated alongside the good people who wanted justice. The anguish felt was a direct result of the Marion County Sheriff's Office and their failures, who ignored the detainer and administrative arrest warrant they had placed on Loa-Nunez, by instead refusing to hold her in their custody for the amount of time it would take for ICE to arrive and seize such custody.
The detainer, as per the mentality of ICE, was supposed to give ICE custody of the federal fugitive illegal alien, if she were released, which also had seemed unlikely to occur, but clearly, in modern times, you cannot count on a Judge to do what would result in the safest outcome for the public, and instead find a way to manipulate the law to legislate from the bench.
Nobody enjoys being ignored, but when you ignore the requests of an Agency such as ICE, who risk their lives to keep Americans safe every day, you can anticipate such disrespect causing a major rift, and a battle of blame between both ICE and the Marion County Sheriff's Office ensued soon after.
The tensions between the two agencies would themselves become a back-and-forth headline of several local news outlets, for days, and neither could decide who was actually responsible for this grave injustice, when in reality, the central focus of the matter is that had the illegal not been in America in the first place, held back behind a border wall, such as the one President Trump has asked for and the Democrats continue to obstruct? Had the wall been funded and built, Jessica Parks would be safe and secure.
Richardo Wong, who is the Field Office Director for ICE’s branch in Chicago, Illinois, relentlessly blasted the Marion County Sheriff's Office, as well as the Judge's poor decision in their failure to prevent Loa-Nunez from walking free, as part of a prepared statement by the agency stating the following:
<blockquote>“Without any regard for the safety of its citizens, on May 10, Marion County brazenly ignored an immigration detainer and released a Mexican woman from its jail without first notifying U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The woman it released is an illegal alien who is accused of hitting and badly injuring a pedestrian and then fleeing the scene before being pursued and stopped by conscientious citizens. Marion County allowed this woman to go free, and she continues to be a danger to anyone else who happens to be on the same road she drives.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>”As law enforcement professionals, ICE and Marion County should both have the same ultimate goal in mind — to protect the public by combating criminals and holding those who break our laws accountable. ICE helps fulfill that role by removing criminal aliens and other immigration violators from the streets, and from the United States. ICE can do its job more effectively when local officials actively work to protect its citizens by honoring ICE immigration detainers.”</blockquote>
The situation, and I'll try to be as accurate and simple as I can, is as follows: the Marion County Sheriff's Office is clearly infiltrated by Democratic Party loyalists, who both despise ICE and want to see it abolished, and have very little regard for federal laws in general.
That's the analysis of the situation, and it pretty much sums it up. If you want specifics on how this happened? Well, it's even more rudimentary, and the Marion County Sheriff is still to blame.
Whereas, I would suggest that ICE is correct, would be in the fact that the Marion County Sheriff's Office gave a notice to ICE, likely via fax, of which they're receiving hundreds if not thousands of new cases every day.
The Marion County Sheriff's Office refused to hold Loa-Nunez for more than four hours after the Judge’s ruling before they released her. Most of the nation's County Sheriff's Offices, either via their own County Jail, or a locally-operated City Jail, in strategic location throughout the county jurisdiction; all inmates facing possible release are held between 24 hours and ten days, if not more, awaiting the detainer agency to arrive for their pickup of the inmate in taking legal custody of the prisoner, and then the agency who was holding the inmate would bill the agency in question for their retention time while waiting. A very simple and cooperative process between law enforcement counterparts or affiliates, upholding the law of the land.
This is a standard operating procedure, and ICE slamming the Democratic Patty's now-favorite Sheriff's Office in Marion County for their failure to comply with traditional rules seems more than justified.
In a widely reported scenario, this public lesson in legal procedures and federal law prompted a shameful response by Katie Carlson of the Marion County Sheriff's Department, whose agency is both an embarrassment to the badge, and a disgrace to the uniform of law enforcement in general based solely upon their decision to release a dangerous foreign invader.
To make matters even more infuriating, the Marion County Sheriff's Office released their own egoistic and arrogant statement saying the following:
<blockquote>"United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently released a statement blaming the Marion County for the release of Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez from the Marion County Jail. In accord with the ruling of Federal Judge Sarah Evans Barker and Indiana law, ICE was given four hours notice to take custody of Ms. Loa-Nunez. ICE failed to act in accord with the law by failing to pick up this individual in a timely manner.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>”Judge Sarah Evans Barker has ruled that ICE must provide a criminal warrant or a criminal probable cause affidavit for the County to detain undocumented individuals. ICE failed to provide such documentation, despite receiving timely notice. Thus, ICE allowed this individual to go free.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>”If ICE wished to challenge the ruling of Judge Sarah Evans Barker, it could have done so. It did not.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>”United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not the Sheriffs of Indiana, is charged with the enforcement of immigration law. However, Marion County acts wholly in accord with the ruling of Judge Sarah Evans Barker and Indiana law."</blockquote>
So rather than to protect the community from a foreign invader, who nearly killed a black woman, at a church of all places; <i>the Marion County Sheriff's Office decided to create a public safety matter in their efforts to spite the Trump Administration</i>.
Make no mistake, this decision to release Loa-Nunez was intended to gain the attention of the President by a liberal Sheriff's Office.
By making such a risky statement, one that further endangers all Americans across the nation, much less having already nearly killed an African-American; the Marion County Sheriff's Office in Indiana is a threat to our society, by their own decisions in releasing a known foreign invader into society.
How can you defend this? Insanity, and it's exactly why minorities from within the African-Americans and Latino community have decided to pursue the<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/30743-Liberal-Media-Falsely-Claims-Russian-Bots-Behind-WalkAway-from-Democrats-Movement">“ Walk Away from Democrats,” </a>in an effort to support the strong traditional values that will <i>keep America great</i> under President Trump, and abandon the Democratic Party.
After the finger pointing, the fact remained that a criminal was on the loose, prompting the father of Jessica Parks, who was still in the hospital clinging to life at the time, has said he was worried the suspect would escape, and seeing his prophetic feelings come true
“When Marion County Jail released her and let her walk free, we won’t see her. She’s gonna do it to someone else, and she’s gonna continue to go free. Justice has to be done. My daughter’s fighting and she’s in pain, but this woman’s walking around like nothing ever happened,” Wayland Coe, father of Jessica Parks said.
After the accident happened, and the illegal alien who near killed his daughter had been given a bond. It should have never happened in the first place, because she shouldn't have been in America, and Jessica's dad just wants justice for his little girl, as any father would, but he foresaw this happening.
As it turns out, Wayland was correct, and would later be proven to have a track record of such intuitive thoughts.
<i>You would think that the Marion County Sheriff's Office would contact the next agency, who wants custody of an inmate, especially when that criminal is attempting to bond-out and walk free, and tell them they have a person in their custody with a holder literally about to leave their facility, with a confirmation to hold or not for their detainer, right?<i>
Nope. They chose to avoid this process entirely and then cast blame at ICE for not arriving within four hours.
I've spoken to several officers and deputies serving their communities to confirm my suspicions, all of which have made clear that it is standard protocol to contact the agency who wants an inmate for a detainee, at every Police Department and Sheriff's Office across the nation, to their knowledge, <i>except at the clearly, radical, and leftist-infiltrated disgrace of a law enforcement agency at the Marion County Sheriff's Office,</i> <b>who have shown no regard for the rule of federal immigration laws in the United States of America based on their actions.</b>
The entire nation, or those with common sense, have remained in awe of the potential catastrophe from an impending invasion of illegal aliens, and the threat they would pose through lawlessness and criminal behavior to our family, our children, and our society.
For Wayland Coe, father of Jessica Parks, he was forced to endure the stress of watching his little girl desperately fighting to survive, at the hands of illegal aliens.
Like many, we have to wonder if Wayland Coe thinks to himself, and asks if he has been lied to by the Democratic Party, who claims to stand up for African-Americans, but now puts the interests of illegal aliens, literally foreign criminals, before that of his child, and to be told that those concerns about the illegal alien are somehow suggestive of the person worried for their family as being a “racist,” or promoting “discrimination,” despite incidents such as that of Loa-Nunez nearly killing young Jessica Parks, and trying to run from the law, and then set free as if she did nothing wrong.
Certainly, Wayland Coe now sees the world differently, after seeing his daughter in that hospital bed, nearly dead, because of the illegal alien criminal responsible, and the Democratic Party’s policies of avoiding prevention of entry by refusing to finance a border wall to protect our children.
Similar crimes are happening, and on numerous occasions in recent months and years, with a general effort from the large mainstream news outlets, the likes of CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, and even Fox News; all who have attempted, in one way or another, to hide, if Korb bury the multiple cases of criminal illegal aliens endangering Americans, and in this case, the bizarre if not outright evil release of one of those foreign invaders, who nearly killed a strong, black, Christian woman, to just walk back into society, or run, since we all knew she would take the obvious opportunity to flee the area and avoid deportation in general, and the Judge was well aware of this too, because that was her plan, surely.
Fleeing is something that Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez would get her second chance at, this time she has seemingly been more successful, as she was scheduled to return to court for a trial hearing this week and failed to show up, again, which is what Wayland Coe had predicted.
That's not really a surprise to anyone, is it?

Now, 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez, is both a wanted criminal federal fugitive from ICE, and local Indianapolis fugitive from the Marion County, Indiana law enforcement, who is most likely by now to be so far out of the state, that to those in the community of Jessica Parks, she will never be seen again, if not having assumed another identity as a result of this status of being pursued by law enforcement
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, and, I suppose the laughable and disastrous men and women of the Democratic Party’s favorite law enforcement agency, the Marion County Sheriff's Office; are all now seeking Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez on the charges of failure to appear in a court of law, as well as the fact that she's a federal fugitive illegal alien having crossed and then resided in the country illegally, according to<a href="https://fox59.com/2018/08/23/police-searching-for-undocumented-immigrant-who-skipped-court-in-connection-with-hit-and-run/"> local Fox affiliate Channel 59.</a>
Despite the anger of the ICE Agency, and her father, Parks is somewhat humbled by the situation, the fact that she's able to have survived it all, and she's also forgiving of the woman who could have cost her the very precious existence she enjoys, because the Bible tells Jessica Parks that such forgiveness is possible and that she should appreciate life, just as Loa-Nunez will come to appreciate it too.

"I looked and I didn't see a car. And all I remember was flying up and landing on the sidewalk," Jessica Parks said when reminiscing about the events that led to her near-death injuries. She also wanted to ensure that the people who rushed to her aid, possibly saving her life, and pursuing her attacker all know how appreciative and grateful she is for their kindness.

"She was a nurse,” Jessica Parks said of the woman who she can remember coming to her side moments after the vehicle driven by Loa-Nunez crashed into her at speeds higher than 40 mph. We don't know for a certainty how fast the car was moving, but with speed limits 40 having been 40 mph, and eyewitnesses saying the vehicle Loa-Nunez was driving had indeed engaged in speeding, Parks can remember the nurse rushing to her side as if she were an angel, sent by God.
“She was on her way to work, and she saw it happen. And she stopped. And the paramedic was getting off of work. She saw it, and she stopped. I thought it was nothing, but God how he just had angels in place, at the right time, at the right moment," Jessica said.
For all we know, Jessica is correct
While Jessica was on the ground, witnesses went after the driver who took off from the scene blocking her car in until police got there.
I do want her to know that I do forgive her and that sometimes fear if you do something when you're scared it can cause you to act a certain way so I don't know if she wasn't thinking or what the case may have been but I do forgive her," Jessica said.
"They tied my jacket to my leg to stop the bleeding," using her clothing as a tourniquet, she said. "All I could hear was, 'Stay with us, keep talking to us. Keep talking to us.'"
Jessica suffered the broken legs, lower body injuries, and permanent spinal damage and will need a blood transfusion in the future, most likely. Her physician says that she's likely going to face another few months of full recovery, but Jessica is optimistic about her return to normal life and appreciative of the ability to live today.
"The bone was broken. It was actually broken through the skin and I had a cut here. Lost a lot of blood," she said.

"A life is gone or a life has to deal with months of complications in the long run so I just want people to be more aware as they drive," Jessica Parks said."I'm more grateful to be here than anything because in most cases a lot of people they don't survive trauma the way I survived my trauma yesterday. To come out of it and still be alive today is nothing far more than a blessing and I don't take it lightly at all."
“I forgive her. If you're scared, fear can make you do some things that are unnecessary. I do forgive the woman. I pray for her and wish her the best," Parks said, in a kind-hearted Christian manner, in a behavior that most of us couldn't take after such a travesty and miscarriage of our justice system.
Jessica Parks has yet to issue a statement, since this week when her attacker didn't show up to court, but her family has set up a<a href="https://www.gofundme.com/blessings-to-help-jessica-parks"> GoFundMe </a>to help pay for the increasingly expensive medical bills at the hands of an uninsured illegal alien.
The Pastor of The Fervent Prayer Church, James Jackson, said that he and all of the community feels betrayed by the release of the illegal alien who hit Miss Parks.
“That’s just a travesty of justice. This is not the way it should work,” Pastor James Jackson told <a href="https://www.wthr.com/article/marion-county-fires-back-at-ice-after-criticism-of-hit-and-run-suspects-release"> local NBC affiliate WHTR Channel 13.</a>
Even worse, this isn't the first time this has happened with an illegal alien in the community.
The Marion County Sheriff's Office, who released 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez from custody in a shameful act, also have <a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/32004-Illegal-Alien-Who-Killed-NFL-Linebacker-Edwin-Jackson-and-Friend-Pleads-Guilty"> Manuel Orrego-Savala in custody, an illegal alien who was intoxicated and driving a truck that killed Jeffrey Monroe and NFL superstar Edwin Jackson in a brutal crash, </a>which, of course, The Goldwater reported on immediately, and even the 45th President of the United States of America took notice.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">So disgraceful that a person illegally in our country killed <a href="https://twitter.com/Colts?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@Colts</a> linebacker Edwin Jackson. This is just one of many such preventable tragedies. We must get the Dems to get tough on the Border, and with illegal immigration, FAST!</p>— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) <a href="https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/960868920428253184?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">February 6, 2018</a></blockquote>
<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Savala, a twice-deported illegal alien from Guatemala, who first entered the United States of America in 2004, only to be deported in 2007, and 2009 after his return, where he then crossed into the nation illegally on a third occasion continuing to violate the laws of the country.
During his lifelong crime-spree in America, Manuel Orrego-Savala apparently took to a habitual lifestyle of alcoholic binging, driving while under the influence on several occasions, having once been convicted of a DUI in Redwood City, California in 2005, and again in 2017 in Whitestown, Indiana, where he used falsified information about his identity.
During the Indiana arrest, Manuel Orrego-Savala used the alias Alex Cabrera Gonsales, but the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency have since confirmed they are one in the same.
On February 4th of 2018, Manuel Orrego-Savala would take the lives of the Colts player and his driver, after 54-year-old Jeffrey Monroe of Avon, Indiana, pulled the 2018 Lincoln he and Edwin Jackson were riding in along the side of Interstate 70 because Jackson was feeling ill.
As Monroe stepped out of the vehicle to assist Jackson, a black Ford F-150 being driven by illegal alien Manuel Orrego-Savala drove into the emergency shoulder lane where the NFL star and his driver were parked, smashing into the back of their vehicle, which crashed into the men and sent them both flying into the air.
One of the men was hit with such force he landed in the center lane of I-70, where a State Trooper arriving at the scene of the wreck struck his body, ensuring no chance of potential recovery from the horrific slaying at the hands of Manuel Orrego-Savala’s drunken ignorance.
The Marion County Coroner's Office would pronounce both Jackson and Monroe dead at the scene, and Manuel Orrego-Savala attempted to flee officers after he had given falsified information about his identity.
A short foot pursuit followed, leading to the capture and arrest of Manuel Orrego-Savala, who was transported to the Marion County Jail, only to have ICE place a detainer on the homicidal illegal alien.
Manuel Orrego-Savala is an Illegal alien who killed two Americans, and he was given a similarly weakened plea deal by Marion County Prosecutor's, after initially being charged with four felony counts, but later agreed to plead guilty to two counts if the other two counts against him were
Those crimes of killing two Americans? They carry a total potential 10 to 16 years in prison.
As for Edwin Jackson and Jeffrey Monroe? They will never get another chance to see the morning light, but now the disgraceful illegal alien who killed them will one day be a free man.
That's not justice folks, it's a travesty. Rest in peace to Jackson and Monroe, and all who have died at the hands of illegal aliens.
Going back to the current case, it seemingly reflects a consistent disregard for the law in Marion County, among the Sheriff, the Circuit Courts, and even the prosecution at the District Attorney's office.
You would think that President Trump mentioning the case would result in a maximal penalty, but no, not in Marion County.
"That doesn't determine how we prosecute a case. That doesn't determine how we charge a case. That doesn't determine what type of sentence we're going to ask for. Our concern is trying to bring justice to those families and we owe that to all families of any crimes here in Marion County," said Ryan Mears, Chief Trial Attorney for the Marion County prosecutor's office to<a href="https://www.theindychannel.com/news/local-news/crime/suspect-in-drunk-driving-crash-that-killed-colts-player-i-wasnt-driving-the-car"> local ABC affiliate RTV The Indy Channel 6.</a>
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department has essentially stated that immigration is a “federal matter,” and not an Indiana law enforcement issue, suggesting that ICE wants to enforce federal law that it should have acted in a legal response to the ruling of radical Democratic Party endorsed Judge Barker, who is actually a Ronald Reagan appointee that has been on the bench since 1984, and clearly an ignorant liberal in sheep's clothing.
It's not as if these occurrences are mutually exclusive, for illegal aliens to continue to ignore the strict laws of our country, which is exactly what they do, despite what the liberal media and Democratic Party tells you.
These are just the normal occurrence in America surrounding illegal aliens, and it's something that all law enforcement agencies seem to be more than aware of, after dealing with several of these foreign invaders
In the case of Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez, Police and ICE must now track down a woman who as already nearly cost an America their lives, then fled the scene, then fled law enforcement agencies because of the gross incompetence of the Marion County Sheriff's Office; and if she continues that current crime streak she will surely harm another America. as a result.
Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez should be in the custody of ICE right now, whereas ICE maintains that such a detainer authorizes a local jail to maintain custody of a suspected illegal alien for up to 48 hours to allow immigration agents time to assume custody for removal purposes, but Marion County made a release within four hours of the Judge's bond setting, and that's including the transport of Loa-Nunez back to jail. It simply was not enough time, and the corrupt Sheriff knows it. Not even close.
Judge Sarah Evans Barker herself sides with Democrats more often than not, once giving them a one-sided election advantage.
Judge Barker<a href="https://www.indystar.com/story/news/2018/04/26/judge-orders-two-new-early-voting-sites-marion-county/553036002/"> ”issued an injunction that ends what critics have called an effort to suppress voting in the Democratic-leaning county,” </a>as reported by The Indy Channel.”She ordered Marion County to open at least two early voting sites before the November election” a move which benefited the Democrats, and even “issued the ruling in response to a lawsuit filed by the Indianapolis NAACP and Common Cause Indiana that said Marion County's failure to allow convenient and multiple early voting locations has suppressed voting rights in urban communities with diverse populations.”
This is the classic definition of a RINO, and she's a threat to society, and the Democratic elections of our Constitutional Republic, based on these decisions, and several other similarly ignorant and heavily-left leaning choices she's made.
<b><i>Marion County is also under heavy scrutiny for a new ruling, allowing criminals – even violent ones – to be released on bond before they even step foot in front of a judge.</i></b>
Think I'm incorrect? I assure you, this is the ignorance of the ultra-leftist Marion County, as reported below by <a href="https://www.theindychannel.com/news/call-6-investigators/new-rule-lets-criminals-even-violent-ones-bond-out-without-ever-seeing-a-judge-in-marion-county"> local news affiliate The Indy Channel</a>:
<blockquote>The five-page document from the Marion County Superior Court lays out the bond amounts for felony and misdemeanor charges.</blockquote>
<blockquote>In the past, a judge would hear the initial case and charges before determining bail amount – but these new rules remove that process altogether.</blockquote>
<blockquote>Level 1 Felonies - like attempted murder - get an automatic $50,000 surety bond. That means, with a bail bonds agency, the suspect only has to pay 10 percent or just $5,000. </blockquote>
<blockquote>For instance, according to the new rules, Felony 6 charges are an automatic $500 cash bail and release.</blockquote>
<blockquote>Those charges include:</blockquote>
<blockquote>Battery, Criminal Confinement, Criminal Gang Activity, Criminal Recklessness, Escape, Intimidation, Pointing a Firearm, Residential Entry, Resisting Law Enforcement, Stalking, and even Strangulation.</blockquote>
<blockquote>There are certain enhancements that add $500 more to the bond amount, like failing to appear one or more times for a previous charge or a prior felony conviction – but it does not take any other factors into account.</blockquote>
<blockquote>The rules - which you can read above - quietly went into effect last September and Call 6 Investigates has learned that Indianapolis police and the City-County Council were left completely out of the loop.</blockquote>
<blockquote>“(I) had no idea that they were finalized, approved and in effect,” said Councilwoman Christine Scales.</blockquote>
<blockquote>Scales sits on the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Committee and says she knew nothing about the new rules being in place until Call 6 handed her a copy earlier this week.</blockquote>
Let me stop right there folks, because at this point, the incompetence of the liberal Democratic Party, and the RINOs who support them and open borders, seem, to be more serious of a threat to society than even terrorism, and I truly mean this, based upon their counterintuitive policy-making decision and broken capabilities when it comes to utilizing common sense.
“Strangulation and criminal confinement? I mean – those are violent type offenses – they’re traumatic to the victims,” said Miss Scales. “By attaching such a low dollar value to the bail amount I’m afraid we’re normalizing that kind of violence and minimizing its effect on the community.”
“Why are the key partners in the criminal justice process not being engaged in this conversation?” asked the President of the Fraternal Order of Police, Rick Snyder.
This is all happening in the same area which the leadership is responsible for a near-joke of a sentence for an illegal alien who killed two men, including Indianapolis Colts’ and NFL superstar Edwin Jackson, and now released another illegal alien who nearly killed an African-American woman.
“They didn’t get a notice of this and she’s out, so I don’t understand to where who hits a person and you’re free?” asked Coe, after his last visit with his daughter Jessica Parks in the hospital. “So both sides are wrong, Marion County wrong and (ICE) wrong because the simple fact is, she should still be in custody ‘cause my daughter could have lost her life.”
He's right to be furious. Everyone involved here is in a lose-lose situation, but now, we the people, in conjunction with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, must locate 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez and send her back sheds she belongs, behind bars with the rest of society's criminal filth.
As we report this case, 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez is on the run, and you're asked to perform your civic duty to the rule of law and the American means of sovereignty by reporting her if you see her to either the ICE Agency, or local law enforcement, before she kills an American with her dangerously neglectful foreign invasion of this country.
Members of the public who have information about foreign fugitives are urged to contact ICE by calling the ICE tip line at 1-866-347-2423 or internationally at 001-1802-872-6199.
<a href="https://www.ice.gov/webform/hsi-tip-form">They can also submit a tip over the internet by completing ICE’s online form by clicking here.</a>
As the Pastor of Jessica Parks church, Fervent Prayer Church, Pastor Jackson said that he's infuriated at these failures, and wants justice for Jessica.
"I refer to this as a travesty of justice. Four days in jail for something that's going to last Jessica a lifetime," said James Jackson, Pastor of Fervent Prayer Church, and friend of Parks said
"She could be in Houston, California, who knows," Jackson said. "It's so easy to blend in and change your name.”
"Someone plated that car, someone bought that car, did they have insurance?" he said. "Someone paid $250 to get her out of jail."
According to charging documents, Loa-Nunez had just bought the Nissan Altima "from a man named Ricardo" and had "never received a driver's license issued by Indiana or any other state."
"We have to make sure we're holding people accountable so they'll think twice about helping people who they know they're not supposed to be doing what they're doing," he said.
Pastor Jackson has contacted State Senators and Representatives, as well as all local officials, and demanded some form of justice for Jessica Parks, only to be ignored by them all.
<b>The case of 36-year-old Juana Noemi Loa-Nunez and her being a fugitive from justice, and the attack on Jessica Parks has been mainstream media, who have not reported this case at all outside of </b><a href="https://www.wthr.com/article/as-ice-sheriff-dispute-responsibility-for-hit-and-run-suspects-release-some-say-others"> local news such as NBC affiliate WHTR Channel 13,</a> <b>and a few others, because to their liberal owners an illegal alien who nearly killed an African-American woman clearly doesn't matter to the Democratic Party or the media which supports their political views.</b>
Worse, the mainstream media lies about the threats posed by the foreign invasion of illegal aliens, or simply ignores the news, such as in this case.
The<a href="https://cis.org/Camarota/NonCitizens-Committed-Disproportionate-Share-Federal-Crimes-201116"> Center for Immigration Studies found that non-citizens commit a disproportionate amount of federal crimes and are more likely to commit crimes than citizens.</a>
That's the opposite of what the media tells you, and it's stunning.
<b>Areas where non-citizens account for a much larger share of convictions than the 8.4 percent share of the adult population include:</b>
42.4 percent of kidnapping convictions;
31.5 percent of drug convictions;
22.9 percent of money laundering convictions;
13.4 percent of administration of justice offenses (e.g. witness tampering, obstruction, and contempt);
17.8 percent of economic crimes (e.g. larceny, embezzlement, and fraud);
13 percent of other convictions (e.g. bribery, civil rights, environmental, and prison offenses);
and 12.8 percent of auto thefts.
<b>Areas where non-citizens account for a share of convictions roughly equal to their share of the adult population include:</b>
9.6 percent of assaults;
8.9 percent of homicides;
and 7.5 percent of firearm crimes.
<b>Areas where non-citizens account for a share of convictions lower than their share of the adult population include:</b>
4.1 percent of sex crimes;
3.3 percent of robberies;
4.5 percent of arsons;
and 0 percent of burglaries.
How many times do you hear of these reports? You don't, not because they aren't happening, but because the media chooses to ignore these occurrences, such as they've done here, with a fugitive criminal illegal alien on the loose.
Many Americans simply don't survive attacks by illegals, and this is the unfortunate reality we live in now, where the “news” media doesn't report the actual news but instead indoctrinates the masses.
Anyone who spots Loa-Nunez in their society is asked to call their local police department via emergency 911 or by way of Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS (8477).
President Trump is again proven right, and even more terrifying is the fact that outside of Americans having to worry about judges attempting to legislate from the bench, we now see Sheriff's Offices such as the one in Marion County, Indiana doing the same.
May God protect this nation, as we're certainly already being subverted from within.

Problem solved
The above is a mess. I can understand WHY it is a mess when we have Legacy Media who are NOT Professional Journalists yet pass themselves off that way.
You do not need emotional language nor overt opinion to tell a compelling story. I would recommend to the author of this piece to re-write it, taking out the emotion and opinion.
I applaud the level of detail presented. This WOULD be a GREAT piece of Journalism were it not for the taint that tries to mimic some of the worst pieces available out in the wild.
Journalism seeks to explain an accurate story of what is going on, from all the angles, in a dispassionate way. Certainly the author has a point of view, but MUST take pains to separate news from opinion, and fact from emotion.
I would like to see TWO pieces, one a work of journalism and one a work of opinion. If the author can take the eye for detail and remove the slant, it will go a long way to restoring the traditions of Journalism.
Don't get me wrong. I agree with the opinion 100% Having said that, we are not leftists, bound to the stupidity that accompanies an inability to properly handle facts. Do Not Take Lessons from Leftists.
