Unsealed Indictments Raid 30 MS-13 - Most in Mendota - Where Illegals & Foreign Born Find Haven

The Department of Justice (DOJ) alongside Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has announced a series of raids including “Operation Blue Inferno,” which resulted in unsealed indictments of more than two dozen vicious animals in Southern California's prominent MS-13 gang, for what US Attorneys argue is “a widespread racketeering operation,” after a string of felonious assaults, armed robberies, drug trafficking networks, kidnappings, and at least 14 brutal homicides occurred in Mendota, and nearly three dozen nationally at the hands of those arrested.

From research into the rapists and violent thugs who comprise of the MS-13 gang in and around Mendota, we learned that the MS-13 splits into two factions in Mendota, which are known as the Vatos Locos Salvatruchos.

In today's high tech society? MS-13 uses social media and smartphones to call for assistance, where the <i>chequeos,</i> a term used to describe the mid-ranks of the Californian MS-13 gang, at least, will receive calls from the other Salvadorans who are under threat from the Bulldogs, a rival gang in Mendota, competing for control of the drug trafficking and prostitution rings, as well as many suggesting they're responsible for a network of child sex trafficking as well.

Scott said that a team of local, state and federal investigators uncovered evidence of more than 30 homicides and assaults from Las Vegas to New York that has been tied to the gang.

“If you want to commit crime in California, we will find you,” state Attorney General Xavier Becerra said. “If you want to terrorize our families and our communities, we will get you.”

“If you traffic human beings or drugs, you’re in our sights,” he said. “If you illegally possess firearms, you’re in our sights, and if you terrorize families through criminal gang activities, you are in our sights,” the Attorney General added.

The MS-13 gang, also known as<a href="https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS-13"> “Mara Salvatrucha,” </a>was first formed in Los Angeles, California in the 1980s, by violent criminal refugees from El Salvador, with the number<a href="https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sureños"> 13 representing the “Sureños” affiliation, </a>another dangerous gang, and has set up what federal prosecutors are calling a <i>base of operations</i> in the Mendota area, which is just 35 miles west of Fresno, California.

The Department of Justice says due to a comprehensive undercover task force, known as “Operation Blue Inferno,” law enforcement was able to infiltrate the extreme levels of inner city-like violence.

Those involved first had to assist the understaffed Mendota Police Department in tracking down the low-level narcotics dealers in the town, and climb through the Mendota underworld of junkies, addicts, low-level street dealers, carjacking operations, and even those who carry out “hits,” which is an order of execution, where someone hires an assassin to be used to kill a target both inside and outside of the local street gangs.

There are an <i>total of 12 police officers in the entire city</i>, far below both the national and California averages, which is why the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) were brought in; alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who utilized the Safe Streets Task Force and the Transnational Anti-Gang Initiative in order to reach into the heart of the community, knowing they'd have enormous risk in doing so.

<b>Twenty-five of the extremely dangerous, if not outright bloodthirsty, MS-13 members, who promote either Luciferian or demonic ritualistic behavior, and adorn themselves with similar tattoos to strike fear into their enemies during their brutal murder; we're operating in Mendota and Los Angeles, and are now under arrest during a local, state and federal law enforcement operation.</b>

At least two are charged on in line with the unsealed indictments for homicide, being Israel Rivas Gomez, also known on the streets by the nickname of “Pirra,” and a John Doe known as “Marcos Castro” — who each were charged by a California grand jury in January in connection with a homicide of a dangerous Crime Lord known as “A.R.” in Fresno County, which appears to have been an execution that resulted in some of the opposing gang's membership to assist law enforcement agencies in these raids against the MS-13 gang.

Three more have been charged from Mendota, where in May, the trio of MS-13 members violently assaulted an elderly man walking near an elementary school in Mendota.

We know that an additional trio of the MS-13 gang, Luis Reynaldo Reyes Castillo, known as on the streets “Molesto”; Jose Audon Reyes Barrera, known on the streets as “Calacas”; and Nilson Israel Reyes Mendoza — were each charged in by a federal grand jury with assault with a deadly weapon, stemming from their barbaric attacks on a rival gang where even Good Samaritans were beaten within an inch of their lives.

Three others, two who are unnamed, which some suggest is a sign they're confidential informants, although that is purely speculative at this point, along with Lorenzo Amador, are charged in a stabbing in Mendota resulting in the victim lying lifeless in the street, who would later be transported for emergency surgery and survive, although they will suffer from lifelong complications.

Several other federal charged have been filed as a result of the efforts of the multiple raids and investigation of MS-13 in Fresno County, where officials now accuse three more of the gang’s members of stabbing a rival gang member in the back, which also occurred in Mendota, at an intersection of a crime-ridden neighborhood early in August.

Denis Barrera-Palma, Ever Membreno and Edgar Torres-Amador participated in the gang-related assault on the man, brutally beating him with a metal pipe, as what is being viewed as retaliation for the man's grandson pressing charges on one of MS-13’s membership for a burglary.

We know that the MS-13 gang follows a “blood in, never out” mentality, where the only way to get out of the gang is in prison, temporarily, or you're executed for betraying the clique you're a part of.

Each of those 25 in custody is now facing federal and state charges that include horrific murders, violent assaults, and widespread drug trafficking that spans from the Westernmost coast of California to the Easternmost coast of New England, and the Middle States, as well as New York, officials announced on Friday.

We know that when these types Latino gangs organize, they always do so in large numbers, and this puts federal agents at risk for their lives when conducting such an operation, which is why the ICE New York Field Office took extra precaution last year when <a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/3727-Thank-You-ICE-Another-39-MS-13-Animals-off-the-Streets"> arresting 39 members of MS-13</a>, six members of two more violent Hispanic gangs, Latin Kings, and the Sureño; which as we mentioned earlier, Sureño is an affiliate of MS-13.

That being said, we also know just how brutal MS-13 members are, after a member of<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/12486-MS-13-Stabbed-an-American-100-times-Decapitated-him-and-Removed-his-Heart-in-Maryland"> MS-13 stabbed an American 100 times, decapitated him, cut out his heart, and buried them in a shallow grave </a>resulting in a nationwide manhunt before eventually capturing the animal responsible in Maryland.

As the ICE, HSI, and FBI remained undercover through their journey into oblivion to face the hydra, federal agents also began interrogating the low-level thieves and non-violent offenders, and through those attempted efforts they built a potential set of witnesses. This was an easy decision for some, as they were facing their own legal challenges for nonviolent crimes and drug-related charges, and could possibly benefit from doing so, and if they didn't? MS-13 would likely have killed them anyway just for suspicion of talking to police.

Make or break decisions can often lead to a violent attack on a person in a community controlled by the ultra-paranoid leadership of MS-13, where the tactics such as those used by the lower level “boots on the ground” in the MS-13 gang involve violent harassment methods, for example, being used to torment the family members of drug addicts who owe the gang's illicit narcotics dealers a debt, where they'll kidnap or assault the closest relatives; or even kill their enemies and the families of those enemies, without any hesitation.

To make the violence even more barbaric, MS-13 favors using machetes, the trademark weapon of choice for the El Salvador-based gang of Mara Salvatrucha, and as a result of their brutal and grotesque desire to see the target, typically their enemies or someone who has snitched on them, tortured in agonizing pain prior to being beheaded alive, or having their limbs chopped off and being forced to bleed out in the most violent manners possible

This is what MS-13 is. They show no weakness, and no doubt will never show mercy.

Throughout the MS-13 led reign of terror in Mendota, with a population of approximately 11,418 people, <i>is a shocking 98.4% Hispanic,</i> most of whom are from El Salvador, as per the majority demographic of people; just behind the 100% Hispanic populations of Lanare and Three Rocks California, both of which are also in the vicinity of the city of Fresno, California as well.

These numbers, which shouldn't come as a surprise since an even more stunning <i></b>38% of the United States of America is now Hispanic.</b></i>

To add a more stunning picture of the demographics of Mendota, it's the nation's most “non-White city, whereas it has 99% of the population as non-white, with being 98.4% of those “non-Whites” coming from Hispanic descent and ethnicities, and those numbers come in at somewhere around 11,300 Hispanics; with a small number of blacks and mixed races.

These demographics showcase a much more serious issue in the country,<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/11888-It-s-Time-to-Have-a-Serious-Talk-About-Black-Crime"> as we reported at The Goldwater earlier this year when discussing homicide rates and violent crime, </a>where the immigrant population actually do engage in major numbers of criminal activity, but due to similar violence by Black street gangs in places like Chicago, by Americans, it skewers the numbers.

The violent crime levels in the United States overall have gone up by 4.1% nationally. A total of 17,250 people were reported killed in the US in 2016, with the number of murders increasing by about 8.6% in comparison to 2015.

The Mainstream Media (just Google “Violent Crimes by Race”) headlines say lies like “Violent crime is down in America” or “Obama levels of crime decreased” are all complete lies.

What's worse is that even the Federal Bureau of Investigation skewered its numbers. Take a look at the chart below where you'll notice in the demographic listing per race?

There is just “White” and no “Hispanic,” which falsely represents White crime as being higher than the rest (which Whites should have a higher crime rate if they're the majority population), but the reality is different, with the demographics of Hispanic and Latino Americans depicting a population that is the second-largest ethnic group in the United States, as 52 million people, or 16.7% of the national population, at least officially, with some suggesting we have upwards of 30 million illegal aliens in the country.

<b>The reality is much different.</b

The<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/28155-DOJ-Releases-Shocking-2018-Illegal-Alien-Crime-Statistics-and-Media-is-SilentX"> Department of Justice released their crime statistics which shows that 57,820 of the inmates currently in federal custody are illegal aliens</a>, where you can also see that and 93% of those are confirmed to be in the nation unlawfully, and if you place that alongside the recent<a href="http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2018/02/15/most-immigrants-arrested-by-ice-have-prior-criminal-convictions-a-big-change-from-2009/"> Pew Research factsheet showing that nearly 3/4s, which is 74% of those illegal aliens who are in custody arrested by ICE have previous criminal convictions</a> while they're illegally inside the United States of America? Then the numbers coming from Mendota really aren't surprising, <i><b>regardless of whose feelings they hurt, these are the facts surrounding demographics and crimes and it's consistent annually, if anything, it shows a trend of non-White crime increasing.</b></i>

As a result of<a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2017/01/25/presidential-executive-order-enhancing-public-safety-interior-united"> President Trump’s Executive Order on Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States </a>, there's a specific requirement given to both the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for each government agency to collect the relevant data and provide quarterly reports on data collection efforts, which can prove his claims are correct.

93 percent of all aliens in prison are illegal aliens, President Trump's ordered report found, with the report finding that more than one-in-five of all persons in Bureau of Prisons custody were known or suspected aliens, a shocking misuse of our prison systems, meant to incarcerate our own criminals.

Out of the 57,820 illegal aliens currently in federal custody as per the DOJ, 34,834 aliens have already been issued with orders of removal for deportation, and an additional 15,536 are still under investigation by ICE to determine their country of origin or their involvement with criminal enterprises, such as that of those in Mendota, leaving another 2,871 aliens who are inside the county legally but currently undergoing removal proceedings for deportation

In Western Fresno County, U.S. Attorney for Sacramento McGregor Scott can agree with the findings of the Trump Administration, because he now charges that there have been far more than a dozen murders in the last two years alone in the tiny city of 11,500 or so people.

The investigation uncovered a wide range of criminal activity, including murder, violent assaults and drug trafficking by MS-13 cells operating in and around Mendota and Los Angeles,” Scott said. “The investigation found a well-known path between the small town in Fresno County and Los Angeles. Ultimately because of this team, we were able to establish evidence which has led to the multiple investigations and prosecutions across the nation.”

<b>The joint investigation included at least 30 homicides and violent assault crimes that spanned from Mendota to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston and New York City,</b> which Scott said and was confirmed in the<a href="https://www.fresnobee.com/latest-news/article217617500.html"> Fresno Bee</a>.

Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims said the operation first began as a result of 13 homicides that took place between 2015 and 2017 in Mendota and rural western Fresno County. In December of 2017, another homicide brought the total to 14, which officials believe to all be connected.

“The homicides are extremely violent in nature,” the Fresno County Sheriff said. “Most as a result of hacking injuries” and as a result of knife attacks.

If the murders of innocents aren't enough to stun people, they should consider other crimes, whereas during the peak of recorded stats the city of Mendota saw 289 auto thefts, and combined a few thousand assaults, with a <b><i>crime index that makes Mendota overall 84.2% more dangerous than any other major cities in the United States of America.</b></i>

In fact, Mendota’s Crime Average is 505.2, which when compared to the national Crime Index for the entire United States of America, at the low score of only 216? <i>That's 289 points higher via crime index for a single city. </i>

When you consider the demographic statistics above, you quickly realize that Mendota is one of the nation's most dangerous cities.

Mendota is an “MS-13 haven,” and its population is filled with over half all people being foreign-born, a real culture shock. Out of a total population of 11,300, 5,414 of those being Hispanic US citizens, and an additional 6,111 residents are foreign born (52.7% Latin America, mainly born in either Mexico or El Salvador); <b><i>this is a city where more than half the population is foreign-born and the crime is essential that it a war zone.</i></b>

<b>To really shock the people of the United States of America, Spanish is the primary language in Mendota.</b>

<i>Yes, the city of Mendota, California not only has 8,867 of their citizens as speakers of a non-English language, which is higher than the national average of 21.1%. English isn't a second language, or even a third language in Mendota, California.</i>

With the string of deaths by way of murder, nearly unseen in the United States of America in any other city of just slightly over 11,000 people, let's just be honest and say these are a violent-natured, criminal derived and determined people. If you have another explanation then, by all means, go ahead.

For having just over 11,394 residents and of those being illegal aliens, literally, almost half of Mendota is either foreign-born or illegal aliens, where less than 13% speak the native language of English at all.

The population density, which is essentially how many people are crammed into a small distance of land, comes in at 3,457 people per square mile. This is enormous, almost like you'd expect to see in an overpopulated India. That population density is 1388% higher than the California average, and a shocking total of 3716% higher than the national average.

Violent crime, if we're to determine at a per capita rate, would come in at 845 per 100,000 people, compared to the California total of 445 incidents, for the entire state.

<b>Mendota is literally a criminal cesspool of eternal misery.</b>

<i>Thank the failed policies of the Democratic Party, and even Reagan as per immigration, for this nightmare.</i> To be fair, Reagan’s only weakness was on the border and immigration.

For Mendota, those 12 police officers equal around one cop for every thousand people. That's insanity.

<i>No wonder Mendota has the highest crime rates for any similarly populated city, with so few police to stop the brutal gang.</i>

The lack of education in the city of Mendota is also troubling, which explains why so much of the community is impoverished and on food stamps or similar assistance.

Literally, 100% of the Black population in Mendota are on food stamps and unemployed, compared to an already high national population, and this is just a reality that society has to deal with nationwide, not just in Mendota. As<a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2015/12/black-white-unemployment-gap/421497/"> The Atlantic </a>says “Unemployment Is Much Higher Among Black Americans Even When They Are More Educated,” which while off topic, is a fact surrounding Mendota as well.

As per Hispanics in Mendota being the dominant populace, one has to focus again on the lack of education that is quite shocking once you take a closer look at the number of people without a high school education.

Again, these numbers are shocking.

A total of 29% of the city of Mendota has a high school diploma, which means that 57.2% never completed the 9th grade.

I just don't know what else to tell the people reading now, except that… well, I'll be blunt.

<h3><i><b>The failed society of Mendota, California is what happens when you vote for Democrats, literally, they cause everything around them, all people, all social structures, and the rule of law itself collapses and crumbles.</b></i></h3>

<b>"The illegal immigrant crime rate in this country should be zero,"</b> said Attorney General Sessions has previously said, and he's right since they shouldn't be here.

<i>Most suburban communities have considered Mendota a place they wouldn't want to come to for any reason,</i> let alone make a detour to so much as refill gasoline, due to the fact that just a few years ago the city of Mendota saw 935 automobile thefts - that's one in 11 of ever resident Mendota have had their car stolen - more often than not, it happens at gunpoint, which is in part why the crackdown just happened.

Mendota is also<a href="https://abc30.com/business/mendota-to-become-a-major-center-for-marijuana/3275725/"> set to become a major legal marijuana hub </a>and epicenter, where there are claims of MS-13 having attempted to extort or threaten many of the legal industries to seize control and a percentage of their profits.

Even worse, the media portrays Mendota as a “quiet town,” with the FBI and most major demographic tracking companies depicting the Hispanics as Whites to, for whatever reason, avoid the reality of what's happening.

It sounds like a conspiracy theory, I'll admit, but the reality is that this is happening, and clearly nobody in California's government cares that this crime wave continues, as Governor Jerry Brown commutes sentences of convicted murderers on Death Row.

“As part of a multi-agency operation, more than 20 individuals associated with Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) were arrested in Mendota and Los Angeles, California on federal and state charges in connection with their gang activities, including assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering and conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances,” The Department of Justice announced in a press release. “Additionally, two federal indictments were unsealed today: one charging two MS-13 members with kidnapping and murder in aid of racketeering and another charging three MS-13 gang members with conspiracy and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.”

We know now that those twenty members total 30, after the multiple arrests around California and other parts of the country stemming from this series or raids.

<i>The DOJ has issued the following explanation of MS-13, for those who don't understand that over 10,000 or their gang membership exists in the United States of America alone, and knowing that it's an international crime syndicate, it can't be defeated by simply deporting them all until we have a border wall to prevent new replacements from entry into the country.</i>

<>blockquote>MS-13 is engaged in turf wars for the control of drug distribution locations. MS-13 quickly spread to states across the country, with a large presence in New York, Virginia, and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.</blockquote>

They regularly conduct gang activities in at least forty states and the District of Columbia. MS-13 is one of the largest street gangs in the United States. <blockquote>Recent investigations in some regions of the country have revealed THAT major leaders of MS-13 in El Salvador, many of whom are in prison there for murder-kidnapping or extortion, have been sending representatives to cross into the U.S. illegally, to gain control of local MS-13 cliques and reconstitute them. These emissaries then connect the local MS-13 cliques to their jailed leaders in El Salvador by cell phone. The gang leaders in El Salvador then institute what MS-13 has been calling “The Program”, or “La Programma,” in which they direct the American MS-13 cliques to become more violent to control territory. They are attempting to accomplish this goal not only by killing rivals but also by extorting legitimate businesses run by legal Central American immigrants and illegal businesses such as prostitution and gambling. The leaders demanded that the local, U.S.-based MS-13 clique send a portion of the resultant profits to the leadership in El Salvador to enrich the gang and expand its activities.</blockquote>

"The nationwide tentacles of this going out from this little town in Fresno County is dramatic," Scott said.

This, according to United States Prosecutors, is a common behavior among the animals, as President Trump has called them, correctly, judging by their behavior; of the MS-13 gang.

Similarly, another 15 of the barbaric MS-13 gang have been hit with federal charges of drug trafficking in Fresno, and in the Los Angeles County area, all of which stems from these raids, according to United States Prosecutors.

The blow to MS-13 from this operation is widespread, and one that no doubt.

Fresno County District Attorney Lisa Smittcamp said, ‘Separate charges are pending in state court of narcotics sales, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit murder in Fresno and Los Angeles counties,” where “eleven more MS-13 defendants are charged in state court,” she said.

The MS-13 entities in this areas knew the Mendota police force was outnumbered, and because of the obviously high crime rates of the heavily Hispanic populations, they could avoid detection.

MS-13 were utilizing these criminal strategies to “conduct their crimes, to hide out from crimes that they committed in other jurisdictions and to prepare to commit crimes in states as far away as New York," DA Smittcamp said.

"Operation Blue Inferno's message: If you want to commit crimes in California, we will find you, especially if you want to terrorize our families and our communities, we will get you," California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said.

McGregor Scott, who as previously stated is the United States Attorney in Sacramento, has essentially declared war on MS-13 through the Central Valley of California, after having previously served in 2003 and returning in 2009 to give the area a desperate need for leadership against the overwhelming crime.

However, it's a result of the Administration of President Trump promising to destroy MS-13 as best as they possibly can, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions supplying unlimited resources to accomplish that victory, that the region has been able to see these victories against the homicidal gang… knowing that Governor Jerry Brown and the Democratic Party has done little to nothing to assist.

In fact, it's Jerry Brown who would declare Californian as a Sanctuary State, which the DOJ is fighting in federal courts now alongside multiple counties.

Amidst the operations, investigators seized seven stolen or automatic rifles and guns, 56 knives, along with ten machetes, as well as endless troves of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, and smartphones from the MS-13 leaders, in addition to older style flip-phones used to hide the crimes discussed even though the gang uses specific coded slang and lingo to avoid surveillance attempts.

We also know that yesterday, many of the sects of MS-13’s leadership in Dallas, Texas, were also indicted by the DOJ, where the <a href="https://www.sfchronicle.com/news/texas/article/FBI-5-members-of-MS-13-subgroup-arrested-in-13197870.php"> San Francisco Chronicle </a>says five more of the savage MS-13 gang were taken into custody by the Dallas FBI.

<blockquote>The five include one man whom an FBI agent says in an affidavit admitted to being the leader of an MS-13 subgroup, or clique, called the PLS. The indictment filed Tuesday and announced Friday charges the five with robbery, conspiracy and a weapons violation. If convicted on all charges, each could be sentenced to life imprisonment.</blockquote>

<blockquote>A U.S. Attorney's statement says a federal grand jury in Dallas indicted eight MS-13 members in July on racketeering, racketeering conspiracy and weapons charges.</blockquote>

This is clearly a national victory and one which we expect to continue to result in arrests across the nation since much of the East Coast is expected to be involved with those in custody.

<b>It is also time that we as a society hold our elected officials accountable in demanding stricter punishments be enforced with tough new legislation against anyone who would participate in these horrendous gang atrocities, of either life imprisonment, or that of capital punishment.</b>

These issues were never brought from darkness to light until President Trump declared war on MS-13, and began his efforts to secure America's borders.

It is long past time for Congress to act.

Demand that they listen to the will of the people, otherwise, we no longer have democracy in our Constitutional Republic.
