The first case is from the First Coast High School in Jacksonville, Florida in the Oceanway neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida along 590 Duval Station Road.

44-year-old Jeremy Scott Clark became subject to an investigation after he was caught by an undercover Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation have shared illicit images and videos, reports <a href=""> local ABC and NBC affiliate First Coast News</a>.

The FBI Agent used Kik Messenger to converse with Clark, were under the username “LLCoolJack1973" Clark, claiming to be a man named "Jack Crow," messaged the Agent.

During their conversation, Clark told the undercover Agent that he was interested in 8- to 12-year-old children and that he wanted to see photos of Agent's 9-year-old daughter.

Clark went on to discuss his personal life, telling the Agent that he was a school teacher, and had previously molested his students, according to the report.

During that time, Clark continued to express his sexual interest in children and began sharing child pornographic images and videos with the Agent.

This prompted the FBI to track the IP address of Clark, in an effort to track down his home location.

The residence belonged to none other than First Coast High School Jeremy Clark, which prompted the FBI to obtain a search warrant.

The next day, authorities executed the warrant and began to search for any corroborating evidence inside the home.

Clark's wife was more than forthcoming, telling Special Agents that her husband used the “1973” suffix in both screen names and passwords because it was his birth year.

She also recognized her husband's thumb, and a comforter from within their home in at least one of the photographs that Agents said came from her husband using the “LLCoolJack1973” moniker.

Once she'd given Agents verification, Clark was placed under arrest for the distribution of child pornography, where he later plead guilty and faces seven years in a federal prison.

Prior to the raid on his home, Clark has a near-clean criminal record in Duval County, outside of a driving under the influence charge from 1994 and speeding tickets.

Clark was also honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy for underage drinking. Shortly after, he obtained a teaching certificate in California.

“The FBI will stop at nothing to protect innocent victims, and seek justice for the heinous acts committed against them,” said Charles P. Spencer, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Jacksonville Division. “This case is even more egregious having been committed by someone who was in a position of authority. Our investigators will continue to work tirelessly in coordination with our law enforcement partners to identify those who abuse their positions and prey on our children.”

The Clark case part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched by the Department of Justice to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Clark wasn't the only teacher who would be shut down, however.

In the Kingwood area of Houston, Texas, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman began an investigation into child pornographic distribution trafficked online.

During the investigation, Harris County investigators would track an IP address to a home on Lake Creek Drive in the vicinity of the Kingwood neighborhood.

That address was responsible for downloading pictures and videos of naked prepubescent children between the ages of 11-years-old and 13, according to <a href=""> Click 2 Houston</a>.

After obtaining a search warrant, authorities would find 62-year-old Kenneth Morphis behind a laptop, who confessed that he was responsible.

Morphis was taken into custody on a $30,000 cash bond, and his laptop was taken into evidence.

During further inspection of the hard drive, authorities found countless images of the young girls, each depicting their genitals in videos and images taken from the waist down.

As it turned out, Morphis was a teacher from the New Caney Independent School District.

The New Caney Independent School District quickly responded to Morphis heinous crimes and terminated Morphis without pay before releasing a statement.

<blockquote>"Substitute teacher Kenneth Morphis was immediately terminated Thursday, Sept. 27, after New Caney ISD was notified by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office of his arrest in Harris County. Student safety is a top priority for New Caney ISD, and the district will take appropriate actions to ensure the continued safety of students and staff.”</blockquote>

<blockquote>"Morphis was a general substitute teacher at secondary campuses. He had been in the district's substitution pool since fall 2015."</blockquote>

One of Morphis’ students from a 2017 Agriculture class recalls his odd behavior, suggesting she's not surprised.

“Whenever he walked into the room, he really wasn’t welcoming. We didn’t really want to be near him. I don’t want to necessarily say creepy but that's essentially the word that I would use,” said Arraina Grupe, a 2017 graduate of New Caney High School.

Morphis also taught Grupe’s younger sister this year at White Oak Middle School, and her mother is both shocked and furious.

My eighth-grader is upset about it. She had had him for a substitute for several times and was just upset that somebody she trusted and a teacher, somebody in authority like that, would do something like that,” Cassie Gilbert said.

The Harris County District Attorney's Office is prosecuting the case, where Morphis could face up to 30 years in prison for his crimes against children.

Morphis would make only the second of three teachers to face these horrendous charges, however, which should have all parents on edge.

In the Kansas City, Missouri area, William D. Williams became known to authorities after a teenage male victim came forward to his parents.

The victim says he was living in the basement of Williams’ home in Cameron, Missouri for about four weeks while he was in foster care.

Williams was a broadcasting teacher from Cameron High, who both coached recreational sports, and volunteered in the community with foreign exchange students.

It was towards the end of his four-week stay when he began to notice that something wasn't quite right about his surroundings.

In the basement bathroom of Williams’ home, the child found what looked like a wall adapter to a phone charger.

When he found it, he'd given it to Williams as if he'd returned a lost item to the foster caregiver.

The problem is, he found it more than once.

Every time he'd discover the “charger,” he'd hand over the device, only to yet again find it in the same bathroom.

After finding the device again for the fifth time, he inspected it closer.

When staring at it, he was shocked to find an SD card slot and to discover that the “charger” was actually a remote camera.

He then reviewed the SD card on the camera and found videos of a young toddler with his pants down, and his penis exposed on the same toilet in the basement bathroom.

That's when the child deleted the videos on the camera, and the boy fled the home fearing his safety.

Williams then began to text and call the child, asking where his “charger” was at before he realized he was in trouble.

When the boy ignored his questions, he finally told him to “smash the device with a hammer,” <a href=""> local news affiliate </a>reports.

The boy quickly realized that the man whose home he had been staying was a homosexual pedophile, and went to the Clinton County Sheriff's Office to speak with Detectives.

They also found numerous videos of the foster child, sometimes using the restroom, and other times naked.

Sheriff's Detectives were able to recover the deleted footage and sought and executed a search warrant at Williams’ home, despite him not being present at the time.

Deputies and detectives seized several electronic devices as evidence during the warrant execution at Williams' home, of which depicted two additional victims.

An arrest warrant has been placed out for Williams’, who was well known throughout the foster care system, and authorities need your help to find him.

The Cameron R-1 School District released the following statement:

<blockquote>“The Cameron R-1 School District was notified today of serious charges filed against W. Derek Williams. At the time the District first became aware of this matter, an immediate and thorough investigation was done, and the District has determined that there is no evidence that any alleged acts were perpetrated on District property.”</blockquote>

<blockquote>”We want to assure our staff and students that we responded to the allegations appropriately and we have fully cooperated with law enforcement efforts in this matter. We will continue to do so as this matter proceeds.”</blockquote>

<blockquote>”Since the time we became aware of allegations, Mr. Williams has not been on District property and will not be permitted to return. Although we are limited in what we can say about individual personnel matters, above all else, we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of District students is our primary concern.”</blockquote>

<blockquote>”Should your student require the support of any kind, the District’s counseling staff is always available. Likewise, please do not hesitate to contact Dr. Matt Robinson should you or your student have any questions or concerns.”</blockquote>

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agency Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is also bringing down suspected child-sex offenders through Operation Predator.

You can also contact ICE via the Operation Predator application for mobile devices. ICE has created a smartphone app – the first of its kind in U.S. federal law enforcement – designed to seek the public's help with fugitive and unknown suspect child predators.

The iOS version of the app can be downloaded from<a href=""> Apple's App Store and iTunes</a>; the Android version is also available via<a href=""> Google Play Store</a>.

<b>It is also time that we as a society hold our elected officials accountable in demanding stricter punishments be enforced with tough new legislation against anyone who would victimize a child, of either life imprisonment, of capital punishment. Oftentimes, they are released and re-offend. There is no rehabilitation for child sex offenders.</b>

<b>It's beyond time for the United States Congress to finance and build the border wall we voted for, which President Trump has proposed, and we should contact our elected officials and demand it.</b>
