Indonesia is asking the international community for help as it deals with the massive task of response and rehabilitation following the devastation of the quake-tsunami that hit Sulawesi island and claimed at least 844 lives, while injuring dozens of others, and displacing nearly 50,000 people.

Four days following the huge disaster, some affected remote areas are now only being contacted. The rescue and response measures are also being challenged by logistics constraints. Medicines are running out. Rescuers also struggle with heavy equipment shortage as they attempt to reach desperate victims begging for help from the ruins of collapsed buildings. Up to 60 people feared to be underneath one Palu hotel alone.
There have been widespread reports of looting taking place because hungry and desperate disaster victims are turning to get basic essentials from shops like food and water for lack of relief supplies reaching them yet.
Other victims are also burdened with the emotional toll of desperately looking for family members and relatives they’ve lost contact with following the disaster, and whose condition they are not sure of.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo has asked for international aid and opened the door for international aid agencies and NGOs to come in for much-needed reinforcement to provide life-saving measures to direly-affected Indonesians.

As a human I see no problem sending help and humanitarian aid to any country.
But I have to ask with the BILLIONS of Muslims and the country being located in the general area of the BIG 3 Islamic ones.
WHAT ARE THEY DOING?
Before I watch 40+ cent on the dollar of my donation used to line a lot on pockets between point A and point B.
Let the mudslimes help each other. They have in every way claimed that we are the enemy, so why are we always good enough when you need help? They seem to think westerners are only human enough to give them a handout and then get slaughtered and raped when invited to come and ruin our countries. Just stay home and clean up your own mess, and maybe you'll be to busy to terrorize westerners. Oh by the way we have a shitload of your types that refuse to adapt to our culture that we could send over to help? They are skilled at abusing white Christians and raping anything that moves so I don't know how much help they would be? They are doing us no good and depleting our aid programs that should be used to help homeless vets. We will even pick up the one way ticket.
i don't care about these sub-human muslim scum.
