The woman immediately called authorities to report the puzzling matter. A review of her home surveillance video taken outside revealed the shocking and quite revolting answer to the mystery surrounding the child. A woman deliberately abandoned the young boy at the doorstep.
Captured in the video is footage of the woman arriving at the home in a white passenger car. The woman could be seen running toward the front door of the home while lifting the toddler in the air by one arm.

As soon as the woman reached the front door, she rang the doorbell, knocked on the door and ran back to her car. The video showed it only took the woman 23 seconds to abandon the child.
The boy looked confused as if wondering what’s going on, and looking back at where the woman just took off.
Authorities describe the suspect on the video as a black woman, estimated to be in her mid-20s to early 30s with long hair reaching below her waist.
The video also showed that she has multiple tattoos on her right arm.
Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident. The identity of the suspect and the child she abandoned are unknown.
The child is not hurt and authorities said he appears to be in good health. Child Protective Services were called to the scene and took custody of the boy while working to identify his family.
It remains to be determined if the house where the boy was abandoned was randomly chosen or it was targeted, and the execution of leaving the child there planned.
Authorities are seeking the public’s help to get more information about the suspect and the child. Anyone with information is requested to immediately call the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office 936-760-5800 or reach Multi-County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-STOP (7867) and refer to case #18A299244.
