A female real estate agent from Texas wanted to have her nose done but decided to get the makeover in Mexico instead of the many safe clinics she could have gone into in the country. It would later prove to be a terrible mistake as what should have been a simple procedure went horribly wrong. The procedure left her not with an improved nose, but horrifically on life support.

36-year-old Laura Avila suffered from a botched rhinoplasty. So severe was her condition that her family needed to fetch her all the way from Mexico and move her to hospice care on Friday.

Avila opted to have the nose job done in Juarez, Mexico for the relatively cheaper procedure. She went there on October 30 with her fiance to avail of the said plastic surgery.
Avila and her fiance went to the Rhino Clinic around noon of that day but her sister had now shared that something went awfully wrong when doctors there administered anesthesia on the victim.
Angie Avila shared: “They injected anesthesia in her spine at the clinic and instead of flowing down her body, it went into her brain which caused severe swelling.”
Avila laid in a room for eight hours, but surprisingly the hospital staff and her doctors apparently left her fiance in the dark as to her real state throughout that agonizing wait. Enrique Cruz was only informed that Avila’s blood pressure had dropped so they could not perform the operation at that time.
Cruz shared the frustrations they let him endure at that time. He said: “’I was kind of getting upset and worried because they would not let me see her or anything.”
Doctors would only reveal to the Avila family the shocking development that the real estate broker and dancer had suffered a cardiac arrest for four minutes.
Laura spent a total of four days in a Mexican hospital. Her family couldn’t immediately return her to the country until they paid their hospital bill in Mexico, even though it was clearly the fault of the clinic why Laura ended up in the hospital with an emergency condition. Worse, the Avila family was also not given Laura’s medical records that would reveal what exactly happened to her.
The life-long and life-changing implications of the botched operations on their otherwise healthy and vibrant Laura is upsetting for the family, to say the least. Angie Avila shared: “They say she suffered severe brain damage so much so that she will never be our Laura again. They told us she will never be able to walk or eat for herself again or speak.”
The expenses of the sudden medical emergency of Laura and other expenses needed to travel her back to the U.S. have been tough on the family. Angie said they decided to put up a GoFundMe page for Laura to ask for the much-need help from anyone who could give financial assistance at this difficult time.

Now, the family has moved Laura to a more comfortable facility. Her sister said she is resting peacefully, but that her fate is now in the hands of God.
It is not yet clear if the Avila family is pursuing legal action against the clinic for their botched job that put Laura in such a life-threatening situation, and horribly changed her life forever when she just wanted what could have been a simple, safe and common nose job.
It is a consolation for the family that many are expressing their support for Laura.

Sounds like the injection hit a blood vessel if it was intramuscular or hit an artery rather than a vein. A malpractice law suit will be impossible. This young woman invested much into this fashion show/beauty contest our Western world has been turned into. Hope she dies without fear.
I`m sure ya`ll are smart enough to figure that one out.
If the dumbocraps have their way with open borders, diversity hiring, and single payer healthcare, this is what we can expect in the states.
