The FedEx driver who fatally punched a stranger who threw racial slurs at him will go scot-free as he will not be charged.
Timothy Warren got involved in an altercation with Joseph Magnuson after the latter screamed at the FedEx driver to slow down in Portland. Magnuson was accused of hurling racial insults against Warren including the N-word and of attempting to hit the driver.

Warren stopped the FedEx truck he was then driving to confront Magnuson and his racial slurs. That’s when the punching took place.
Prosecutors said they have established that there’s no reason to believe that Warren intended to kill Magnuson when he punched him above the eye in late September.
The district attorney said that Warren’s fatal punch still qualifies as an act of “self-defense” because it was also alleged that Magnuson first threw a drink at him during their confrontation and that he also tried to punch the FedEx driver.
It was also reported that Magnuson was already suffering from health problems even before the road altercation, factors that contributed to his death.
It was emphasized that Oregon law doesn’t require someone to retreat under such circumstances so that Warren was legally allowed to stop the truck he was driving and even respond to his Magnuson’s verbal and physical aggression.
The latest development in the case triggered opposite reactions and views from social media users, with a lot of people disagreeing with how Warren simply got away with fatally punching the man who “offended him.”

The screeching about the FedEx drivers action of defending himself would be non existent if the tables were turned and some AntaFAG cuck punched and killed a FedEx driver. I agree the guy should have just ignored the retard and kept driving but his response was warranted after being assaulted. The FedEx driver had no way of knowing this retard already had one foot in the grave prior to the hit. The question is, what did the Fedex driver do to provoke the other driver in the first place. Did he cut him off or pull out in front of him. My guess is that the angry driver became angry because the fedex driver was driving recklessly and almost struck the other driver with his fedex truck. The other driver lost it and mouthed off to the fedex driver. The fedex driver wanted revenge and stopped his truck and confronted the other driver. We really don't know what happened next, what we do know is that the other driver was killed by the fedex driver. The fedex driver should never have stopped to confront the other driver. That was very unprofessional and stupid. I would never hire someone with such an anger problem. If I confronted every person who bad mouthed me as a professional driver I would be in jail now. The fedex driver should at the very least lose his job. It would be better if he was tried for manslaughter. The judge in this case must be mentally unstable, ofcourse that goes without saying for most judges these days.
