Nepal: 3 dead, 3 injured in Plane Crash at Tenzing-Hillary Airport (Video)
According to The Times of India:
In a tragic incident, a pilot and two police personnel lost their lives in a plane crash at Nepal’s Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Solukhumbu district on April 14. Three others who were injured in the crash have been admitted to hospital for treatment. The aircraft of Summit Air slipped off the runway during takeoff and hit stationary chopper of Manang Air. The aircraft was en route to Ramechhap district. The authorities have launched a probe into the mishap. Tenzing-Hillary Airport is also known as Lukla airport.
