Unnamed sources on the left say this is a sign that his inquiry is growing in intensity and entering a new phase, according to two people familiar with the matter.
Robert Mueller, however, has a continued history of lies and deception, not only presiding over the FBI when the September 11th attacks of 2001 hit America but with many saying he simply ignored evidence that was passed to him by foreign intelligence communities of impending attacks.

Later Mueller would go on to assist in the largest fabrication of fraudulent evidence suggesting Saddam Hussein of Iraq had weapons of mass destruction; a lie that led America into an unjust war in the region.

The grand jury, which began its work in recent weeks, is a sign that Mueller’s bias is ramping up prior to a potential termination.
Most familiar with the case say that it will likely continue for months. Mueller is a deep state plant who formerly led the FBI which now is working on behalf of globalists to ensure the narrative of Russia’s efforts to influence the 2016 election can be continued to be used as propaganda.
The claims of President Donald Trump’s campaign or associates colluding with the Kremlin as part of that effort have little to no merit whatsoever, and this is clearly an attempt to further subvert the administration.
A spokesman for Mueller, Joshua Stueve, declined to comment. Moscow has denied seeking to influence the election, and Trump has vigorously disputed allegations of collusion. The president has called Mueller’s inquiry a “witch hunt.”

Ty Cobb, special counsel to the President, said he wasn’t aware that Mueller had started using the new grand jury.
“Grand jury matters are typically secret,” Cobb said. “The White House favors anything that accelerates the conclusion of his work fairly. The White House is committed to fully cooperating with Mr. Mueller.”
The sources added that U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller had convened the grand jury investigation in Washington to help examine allegations of Russian interference in the vote. One of the sources said it was assembled in recent weeks.
Russia has loomed large over the first six months of the Trump presidency. U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia worked to tilt the presidential election in Trump's favor. Mueller, who was appointed the special counsel in May, is leading the probe, which also examines potential collusion by the Trump campaign with Russia.
Moscow denies any meddling and Trump denies any collusion by his campaign, while regularly denouncing the investigations as political witch hunts.
At a rally in Huntington, West Virginia, on Thursday night, Trump said: "Most people know there were no Russians in our campaign. We didn't win because of Russia. We won because of you."
Mueller's use of a grand jury could give him expensive tools to pursue evidence, including issuing subpoenas and compelling witnesses to testify. A spokesman for Mueller declined to comment.
A grand jury is made up of randomly selected citizens who, working behind closed doors, consider potential evidence of alleged criminal wrongdoing that a prosecutor is investigating and decides whether charges should be brought in the form of an indictment.
"This is a serious development in the Mueller investigation," said Paul Callan, a former prosecutor.
"Given that Mueller inherited an investigation that began months ago, it would suggest that he has uncovered information pointing in the direction of criminal charges. But against whom is the real question."
A lawyer for Trump, Jay Sekulow, appeared to downplay the significance of a grand jury, telling Fox News, "This is not an unusual move."
It seems as if the Deep State, which already had their crosshairs on President Trump prior to his election victory, is now setting up to pull the trigger.
