Pennsylvania Woman Dies After Setting Man on Fire and Dousing Him With Urine

A woman in Pennsylvania has been accused of setting her sleeping boyfriend on fire and throwing buckets of urine on him to extinguish the flames. The woman has however died of an apparent heroin overdose.

The 39-year-old Leigh Ann Sepelyak was found dead on Monday night in her home in Tarentum.

The authorities in Tarentum have revealed that they found evidence at the scene which indicates Sepelyak died of a heroin overdose.

The late was facing an attempted homicide and other charges in connection to the July incident. The authorities in Penn Hills alleged that she and her boyfriend argued and after he fell asleep, she threw gasoline on him and set him afire.

The victim suffered burns on 25 percent of his body. Surprisingly, she claimed that she actually saved her boyfriend's life after he accidentally sparked the fire and he defended her after the incident.

The two had been urinating in buckets so as to avoid disturbing her parents who lived upstairs.
