The San Deigo police did not provide any details surrounding the September 15 arrest but San Diego County District Attorney's spokesman Steve Walker did say records show Elkins was booked in jail for the rape of a woman by force or fear, forced oral copulation, misdemeanor sexual battery and making a criminal threat.
He has been released on a $100,000 bail the next day and a court date has been set for the 25 of September.
