Texas Police Officers were Cursed Out and Refused Service by Whataburger Restaurant

Law enforcement officers risk their lives for each and every one of us daily every time they suit up and hit the streets to protect and serve.

There's no bootlicking necessary, of course, there are bad cops but that's few and far in between compared to the majority of officers who simply want to help assist in the community and ensure that folks are protected.

We should respect those officers because without them this nation would go to hell-in-a-handbasket overnight; as we've often seen during times of natural disasters when criminal savages choose to rob, steal and loot versus assist those in need.

That's why when employees of various businesses disrespect our officers, we become absolutely furious.

That's exactly what happened in Denison, Texas when two police officers were not only refused service at a local Whataburger restaurant but were cursed out by the ignorant staff who were working at the business.

Denison Police Chief Jay Burch said his officers were refused service, and when they attempted to contact the manager of the restaurant his reply was simply, ”I don't get into politics”.

“If a business does not want police officers as customers, just let us know,” Burch wrote. “There’s no need to curse us and make a scene, just let us know you don’t want us there and we’ll go somewhere else.”

Burch added, “Now going somewhere else in Denison in the middle of the night is not easy because our officers don’t have many options. What really gets my goat with such an incident is that while most of us are sleeping. Sleeping! The officers are out there working hard to keep us safe and when trying to take a break to eat; they face this type of reception from an employee of a local business and management calls it ‘politics’?”

It's abundantly clear that the Whataburger franchise doesn't approve of the actions of these employees, terminating the Black Lives Matter workers who were employed at the location.

Whataburger issued the following statement:

“We immediately launched an internal investigation when we heard these reports, and have learned of an isolated incident where an individual employee acted out of line with Whataburger’s values to treat all customers with respect. We took swift action and this person is no longer employed by us. We’ve also reached out to the police sergeant to apologize and plan to speak with the other officers involved to apologize in person and make this right. Whataburger truly appreciates our law enforcement and their efforts to protect and serve our communities.”

Whilst it's great Whataburger reacted with the termination of their employees it doesn't change what happened; and it likely happens across the country with police and law enforcement officers from various agencies having to fear reprisal from these savages who lack respect for authority.

America is in turmoil right now, and these people who act in such fashion to police folks, they want you dead.

Make no mistake about it.
