The old saying goes, “No one in this world can love a girl more than her Father”, and in West Mahanoy Township, Pennsylvania one Dad took that message to the most extreme definitions possible.
Law enforcement agencies say that 40-year-old Daniel Jenkins, of Shenandoah, caught his 20-year-old daughter in a hotel room with her boyfriend, and completely lost his mind.
Jenkins daughter and her boyfriend were both inside of the hotel near Frackville on Sunday afternoon when Jenkins found the two inside of the hotel and then pulled out a gun at the Motel 6 located at 701 Altamont Boulevard.

One of the Hotel's Housekeepers, Lisa Mowery, said that she was cleaning the room next door when she heard a loud noise that she immediately thought was gunfire.
"I was scared, you know, I was scared to death," Mowery said. "I just stayed in the room because I didn't know if he was going to shoot us."

State Police say that Jenkins shot and hit his daughter's boyfriend, who was sitting on the bed, right in the testicles, where he's now permanently going to have problems reproducing.
Mowery says that Jenkins fled the scene of the shooting after taking out the young man's ability to fornicate, and that's when she ran into the room to see what happened.
“He was standing there screaming in pain, covered in blood saying ‘That [expletive] shot me in the [expletive]’,” said Mowery of the victim.
She said she grabbed cleaning towels to try and stop the bleeding as she called emergency 911 who then dispatched Police to the scene.
"I didn't even know what to do," Mowery said. "I was like all upset, you know. I mean, I was scared."
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where he's expected to recover although the injuries are going to be painful.
The Frackville Police said that the community is usually a peaceful place with little to no crime at all.
"If anything happens, they keep it quiet," Mike McGlade of Frackville said.
Jenkins is now being hunted by several law enforcement agencies for multiple Felonies including attempted homicide and aggravated assault.

It's also important to remind folks that Daniel Jenkins is believed to be armed and dangerous so if you see him outside of the Shenandoah area do not approach, simply call 9-1-1.
