An absolutely disturbing story coming out of Pennsylvania, after Police in Upper Darby say that a 74-year-old blind man was assaulted.
The suspect, a no-good, savage street thug who wanted to steal the little bit of cash the elderly man had on his person, all because the filthy mongrel is too lazy to get a job and earn it himself.
Authorities say that 25-year-old Marvin Harper saw the unsuspecting blind man entering his residence in the Unit Block of Glendale Road, and knew he was the perfect target for his cowardly and inhumane instincts to attack the prey.
The blind man, who had just returned home from his daily three-mile walk, at 74-years-old, was struck from behind and knocked to the ground as Harper began sifting through his pockets, making off with a $100 and a flip-phone used by the elderly man.
The Upper Darby Police Department later identified the savage criminal, and said that the visually impaired victim suffered severe injuries at his age being hit with such force as he was knocked down.

Police should have done the world a favor and shot this piece of human trash and saved the taxpayers and future victims cash and time.
Harper is now facing 19 individual charges, including four counts of simple assault, six robbery charges, and one count of aggravated assault.
Harper also faces similar charges for the robbery of a 60-year-old man several days later in the same area, according to the<a href="http://www.delcotimes.com/general-news/20171206/man-charged-in-brutal-attack-robbery-of-blind-man-75-in-upper-darby"> Delco Times</a>.
The Upper Darby Police Superintendent, Mike Chitwood, said that Harper was first identified on Tuesday afternoon at the 69th Street Terminal by a Glendale Road resident, who was able to assist Police with their investigation because he just so happened to have security camera footage from their house of the assault and robbery of the blind victim.
“This piece of shit, he just… they don't belong in society, or around normal people at all,” said Glendale Road resident Samuel West. “This is why I carry a loaded gun at all times. Try and rob me, or hurt an innocent person and I see ya, you're getting two to the head and one more on the ground just to make sure you aren't doing it again.”
Harper was taken into custody that same afternoon at the terminal.
Detectives then began their interrogation process, where I can only hope they roughed him up in more than one way for his actions, which eventually led to the confessions of both robberies of the elderly men on Wednesday morning.
Magisterial District Judge Ann Berardocco arraigned Harper late in the afternoon, where he said that he doesn't deserve to be on the streets, and held him without bond due to the nature of his crimes targeting senior citizens.
Animals. Every one of these thugs.
They belong in cages, or in the wild. There's really no other way to describe the sense of violence that they're capable of, and possibly no other solution to ending it besides putting them down so they cannot bite the civilized human’s hand ever again.
