Speaking during a summit in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, organized by an economic think tank from California, former Republican President George W. Bush stated that according to him "there's pretty clear evidence that the Russians meddled," leaving in the middle "whether they affected the outcome” as that “is another question."

Discussing the issue of Russian involvement, he then added that "it's problematic that a foreign nation is involved in our election system. Our democracy is only as good as people trust the results."

Though he never mentioned current President Donald Trump by name, former President Bush seemed to backtrack most of Trump's decisions on immigration, as well as trying to have warmer relations with Russia.

When asked specifically about current Russian President Vladimir Putin, Mr bush claimed that the head of the Kremlin had a “chip on his shoulder.”

“The reason he does is because of the demise of the Soviet Union troubles him, therefore, much of his moves are to regain Soviet hegemony.”

Furthermore, according to Mr Bush, Putin "is pushing, constantly pushing, probing weaknesses.”

“That's why NATO is very important."

Mr Bush’s brother, Jeb Bush, ran unsuccessfully against current President Donald Trump for the Republican Presidential nomination last year.

The Abu Dhabi conference was organized by 71-year-old billionaire Mr Michael Milken, who’s known in Washington circles as the king of high-risk "junk" bonds in the 1980s.

The White House has not responded to the comments by the former US President

Yes its pretty clear the Russians meddled, just didn't work out the way they wanted.

Time to start investigating the real criminals at the FBI, DOJ, State Dept, and Obummer and friends. They tried to influence our election via bullcrap dossiers and when that failed they were on to muh collusion/obstruction. Time to call out the real traitors!!!

It is one big family of imbreds all colluding to accomplish world domination through tricks, traps, murder, and a private war on the children of the enemy in a madman's recipe cooked up in the minds of bitter revenge. Bush is an assassin.
