The State Department’s dump of files found by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, just released today, show that classified emails were hidden inside many of the files that the Federal Bureau of Investigation found on disgusting convicted pervert Anthony Weiner's laptop.
Out of the 2,800 files which were found by the FBI that were related to Huma Abedin's career working for Hillary Clinton, five which were indeed classified were found during the investigation and as I've stated, <i>James Comey somehow still didn't charge either Huma or Hillary</i> during his sham investigation.

Several of the released documents were found to contain information classified “confidential,” and were heavily redacted.

The President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton, made the following statement regarding today’s pending 3 PM (Eastern) release by the United States Department of State, of Huma Abedin’s “work-related documents” which were acquired by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

All of those emails were found on her estranged husband Anthony Weiner’s personal laptop.

The Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Judicial Watch demanded that “All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1st of 2009 through February 1st of 2013 using a non-‘state.gov’ email address,” be shown to the American People.
Since the Federal Bureau of Investigation has previously acknowledged that many of Huma Abedin’s documents were backed up on Weiner’s laptop, and that some of those emails were manually forwarded, meaning that Huma Abedin or even possibly Hillary Clinton had to have personally sent classified information themselves; and that this wasn't some innocent mistake.
Federal laws were broken. There need to be charges brought forward. Period. If this were you or I, we'd be in Federal Prison. Laws apply to everyone and elites such as the Clintons or their crime family should not be somehow unable to face prosecution.
In a personal letter which was sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee last May, the FBI said, “Although we do not know the exact numbers, based on its investigation, the FBI believes it is reasonable to conclude that most of the emails found on Mr. Weiner’s laptop computer related to the Clinton investigation occurred as a result of a backup of personal electronic devices, with a small number a result of manual forwarding by Ms. Abedin to Mr. Weiner.”
Then-FBI Director James Comey testified earlier this year that “Somehow, her emails were being forwarded to Anthony Weiner, including classified information by (Clinton’s) assistant, Huma Abedin,” he said.
“Somehow,” James Comey? Really? What do you mean “somehow”? Someone sent the damn emails and broke federal law. It's really simple.
“But there was no indication that Abedin had a sense that what she was doing was in violation of the law,” Comey added, and investigators couldn’t prove any sort of criminal intent, according to the disgraceful idiot who led the FBI.
This is insanity at its finest. Let's say I drink a half gallon of liquor, jump in my car while disoriented and crash into innocent pedestrians killing them. Since I was clearly disoriented and had “no sense of what I was doing” because of intoxication; would the police then not charge me with murder? Yeah, I'd be in handcuffs faster than a NASCAR winning champion crossing the finish line.
The emails weren’t marked as classified, allegedly, though the FBI later found the classified information was indeed in some of the emails recovered from Weiner’s laptop.
So how does Comey come to a conclusion that no crime was committed?
We the people; we know better, and we want justice.
Luckily, we were able to witness a shred of justice earlier this year when Anthony Weiner, the disgusting and perverted pedophile who was married to Huma Abedin; was finally sentenced to incarceration for his crimes of harassing underage children through sexting and child pornography.
Anthony Weiner, a former member of the United States House of Representatives from New York City, has been involved in a total of three sexual scandals related to sexting, or sending explicit sexual material by means of his cell phone.
Weiner was caught sexting with a 15-year-old girl, which led him to file resignation as a Congressman back in November of 2011 long before he would again be brought to justice for continuing his pedophile behavior.
Social media lit up over the infamous scandal, dubbed as Weinergate, which displayed to the world that Huma Abedin's estranged husband was not only a pervert, but that Huma Abedin, who worked as Clinton's Campaign Chairman, shared a phone with Weiner to communicate with the nasty woman who was at the time Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.
That case brought to light a massive treasure trove of email transmissions that were found on his laptop, showing that he not only had access to the accounts of his wife because of their sharing of a cell phone but also through his laptop.
As we all know, the puppet FBI Director James Comey, was supposed to have led an “investigation” into the emails found on Weiner's laptop; but due to his<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/13346-The-Same-Anti-Trump-FBI-Agent-who-Investigated-General-Flynn-COVERED-UP-Crimes-for-Hillary-Clinton"> consistently proven bias</a>, told the public that the case showed no intent to engage in criminal activity.
Under Comey, the announcement stated that there was indeed Classified Emails on the computer, but that no criminal charges would be filed against Hillary Clinton or Huma Abedin for the mishandling of that information; which sparked a serious outrage across both sides of the impartial aisle.
James Comey himself eventually was fired by President Trump, but no justice was ever granted to either Hillary Clinton, or Huma Abedin; for their obvious violations of Federal Law, in part due to Comey’s lack of integrity during the investigation where it's crystal clear that<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/3826-Comey-Removed-Files-Judicial-Watch-Files-Suit"> James Comey also violated federal law </a>when he removed property that belonged to the Federal Bureau of Investigation from his office.

The letter suggested Judicial Watch was proceeding with a demand to recover and that the FBI must release the memos which Comey violated the law by illegally removing from the taxpayer funded Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Comey took the memos, admittedly under Oath, and leaked them to the Press via outlets close to him. Such an act in the past would have most certainly brought criminal charges against Comey, who is an appointed public servant by elected officials.

Tom Fitton, a highly respected investigative journalist and the President of Judicial Watch, has cited that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is obligated by law under the Federal Records Act to recover the records, and he's correct.
It seems as if this were a circle of corruption, where a criminal would be protected from justice, because that criminal was being investigated by another criminal with close ties to the criminal and their above mentioned criminal network.

According to the foundation's donor records, DLA Piper has given between $50,000 and $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation.
Peter Comey, James’ brother, serves as “Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas” for DLA Piper; there's no denying this reality.

Democrats will be quick to say that James Comey doesn't have anything to do with his brother's political and financial vested interests.

As reported, James Comey has a financial interest in the Clintons and their freedom. It's beyond obvious.
Back when then FBI Director James Comey said that the organization would not be seeking to bring charges against Hillary Clinton over her illegal email server, anyone paying attention knew there was a deep level of corruption.
Now, it’s been made clear. James Comey received millions of dollars from the corrupt Clinton Foundation, and his brother’s law firm also does the Clinton’s taxes; thus vindication the firing of James Comey by President Trump.
Many members of Congress have also noted this connection having realized just how corrupt both the Department of Justice and the Federal Law Enforcement agencies were as per their leadership.
According to a letter sent by 200 Republicans who stated Clinton “clearly placed our nation’s secrets in peril.” Comey was asked why he would not bring charges against her with the letter saying, “No one is above the law, and the American people deserve a more robust explanation for your decision to not recommend criminal charges.”
Comey is noted as receiving $6 million in one year along from Lockheed Martin, who is a Clinton Foundation donor, and became a donor in the same year Comey received those funds.
Additionally, Mr. Comey became a board member, a director, and a Financial System Vulnerabilities Committee member of the London bank HSBC Holdings in 2013. HSBC has also partnered with The Clinton Foundation, where records indicate that the bank projected $1 billion in financing through the Clinton Foundation for “retrofitting” 1,500 to 2,000 housing units to conserve energy.
So, is anyone else going to question the motives of FBI Director Comey as per his failure to bring forth criminal charges against Hillary Clinton or Huma Abedin regarding their blatant disregard for the law, national security, and the American people? I think not.
