Facebook Child Porn Ring Suspect Raped 3 Toddler-Age Girls in Detroit

The infamous "viral Facebook" child porn case which made headlines on every media outlet warning users not to share the video on the social media giant has come to a resolution after the suspect in connection with the video has been arrested in Alabama, but it appears that the story is far from over.

44-year-old Germaine Moore was<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/17693-Victim-In-Child-Porn-Video-Circulating-Facebook-Safe-Suspect-Arrested"> taken into custody </a> along with his Fiancee Tonya Hardy Moore after the video spread across the entire globe, with users in the United States, Africa, Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia sharing the video in what appears to be one of the most disturbing global child porn cases in the perverse social media site's history.

The video which was circulating on Facebook depicted a prepubescent six-year-old girl performing oral sex on an adult, in a sickening act of pedophilia and sexual assault.

Elmore County District Attorney Randall Houston said Moore is on a video which went viral on social media with a 6-year-old girl appearing to perform a sex act on him.

"These are the kind of cases where a 6-year-old child is being forced to engage in sexual activity that gives all of us parents nightmares," said Houston.

Multiple state law enforcement agencies were involved in the manhunt and eventual apprehension of Moore, who's apparently known in various states for a variety of crimes.

Now it appears as if the pedophile child porn ringleader is wanted on additional charges out of Michigan.

Law enforcement in Detroit have warrants for the arrest of Germaine Moore for the rape of three of his young relatives, which has been reported as being his nieces.

Houston said the process is already underway to have Moore extradited to Detroit, but it's unclear where Moore will ultimately face trial.

"Whoever has the best case, that's where he'll end up, most likely. It's a little early to say, but that's basically the process," said Houston.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy in Detroit said Moore is expected to be extradited to Michigan on first-degree criminal sexual conduct, child sexually abusive activity and other charges for sexual assaults alleged to have taken place from 2011 until last year at times when the girls' mother was working.

The girls now are 12, 10 and 9-years-old which means that at least one of the children Moore sodomized and raped was only one-year-old at the time of the abuse.

Absolutely sickening.

"The victims live in Michigan," Detroit Police Chief James Craig told reporters Tuesday. He added that Moore had occasionally visited the family in Detroit and that the girls had visited him in Alabama.

The Millbrook, Alabama Police Department says that Germaine Moore surrendered just after 2:30 AM to law enforcement officers just north of Montgomery after a manhunt had ensured to locate him.

On Monday, February 5th of 2018, a search warrant was served at the Millbrook home of Germaine Moore, who was not home at the time. After multiple attempts to locate Moore, his fiancee Tonya Hardy Moore, arrived at the home and chose not to be cooperative. She is charged with hindering prosecution.

Several others, including young children, have lived at the home where Moore was arrested, but neighbors said that nobody ever came outside for the year they lived in the home.

"They were always inside, even the eight to ten cars, they didn't come and go often," said Shirley R. Harris, who lives across the street from Moore.

It's possible that this is one of the locations where Moore would film himself sexually abusing children, and investigators are now sending child psychological support to speak with the children in the home and determine if they're also victims of his child porn ring.

Investigators believe there are other victims.

"I hope they all come forward so all the charges are counted to justice will be taken care of," said Harris.

District Attorney Houston warned anyone who may have received the widely distributed video on social media to delete it because possessing it in itself is a crime.

A spokeswoman for the state Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said Moore is facing 11 counts related to criminal sexual misconduct involving a person under 13 and more charges are expected to follow.

According to State Bureau of Investigation Lt. Brooke Walker, someone recognized the girl in the video and authorities were able to identify and locate her. The victim gave a statement along with other evidence that led them to identify Moore.

Moore's photo was released to news outlets and a media blitz Monday night apparently led to his surrender. Walker said, "We're definitely glad he's in custody."

She also confirmed the victim is physically unharmed but would not say that she is okay. "She's got a long road ahead of her. This poor little girl is going to be victimized by this the rest of her life."

As for those who shared the child porn video, Montgomery Police have charged 42-year-old Jerrell Washington with distributing the video and warn anyone else who shares the video will be charged as well.

This time, the video made headlines on every media outlet, warning users not to distribute it because they'd be committing a crime unknowingly in doing so.

Somehow, despite Facebook's ability to label right-wing pundits, and independent investigative journalism as "fake news"<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/8647-Did-Obama-Interfere-in-the-Election-by-Influencing-Zuckerberg-to-have-Facebook-Censor-News"> (which we know they did during the election to benefit Hillary Clinton); </a>they've yet to do anything to shut down these demented pedophiles who use the platform to distribute child pornography.

At some point, it's time to bring Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook to justice for allowing these types of videos to circulate on their platform.

There are actually victims in these cases, with the children who have been raped being subject to both physical and mental abuse for life as a result.

Inevitable one of the victims will file a major suit against Facebook and no doubt win since the platform is complicit in the actions of the pedophile who raped them and filmed them.

Moore and his Fiance are being held in the Elmore County Jail without bond at this time, awaiting extradition to Michigan.
