Dumb Frenchman Hatches Eggs & Thinks It Is Art

A dumb Frenchman has hatched eggs and thinks that its art. The bizarre incident was conducted by a French artist Abraham Poincheval. Surprisingly, Poincheval famously spent a week inside a rock and two weeks inside a bear sculpture.

Fortunately, the Frenchman has managed to hatch the chicken eggs after incubating them for some three weeks. Poincheval is alleged to have embarked on his latest project in late March of imitating a mother hen by incubating some 10 eggs with his own body heat inside a glass vivarium at Paris' Palais de Tokyo contemporary art museum.

Before Poincheval undertook his project, he estimated it would take 21-26 days for the eggs to hatch and the first did so on Tuesday. One of the spokeswoman for the museum made a report on Thursday saying that only nine had hatched and the chicks were on their way to a farm.

The Frenchman had a carefully calculated strategy on how he’d successfully conduct the endeavor, Poincheval sat on a chair, wrapped in an insulating blanket, over a container with the eggs. Reports indicate that he could leave his seat for no more than 30 minutes a day for meals. It turns out that Mr Poincheval has vowed that his chicks will never end up on a dinner plate and said he planned to give them a happy life in his father's farm in the west of France.

Surprisingly, the Frenchman has engaged in other weird endeavors that are just shocking, earlier this year, the artist entombed himself for a week inside a 12-tonne limestone boulder, and previously had spent time inside the stuffed body of a bear for two weeks non-stop.

In February, this year He once spent a week on top of a 20 metre pole, navigated a river in a corked bottle and has crossed France on foot in a straight line.  His father Christian Poincheval made the headlines in 2014 when he developed a range of pills aimed at making people’s flatulence smell sweeter of chocolate or of roses.
