Alan Dershowitz is regarded as one of the world's greatest legal minds - having represented high profile celebrities and politicians - and when he appeared on MSNBC - he destroyed the liberal anchors in their attempt to suggest that Special Counsel Robert Mueller would eventually find criminal charges against President Trump.
On Thursday, Alan Dershowitz appeared on MSNBC, where the Professor Emeritus of Harvard Law School said, “We as Americans don't trust authority. And we as liberal Democrats used to not trust law enforcement.”
“Now it's the Conservative Republicans that don't trust law enforcement, and it's the liberal Democrats that are all saying, ‘We trust law enforcement completely, the statutes are in place, the rules are in place,’ Dershowitz argued. “These rules are only as good as the people who enforce them, and only as good as the motives of the people who are behind them.”
“I have to tell you, I do not trust the government, I do not trust judges, I do not trust prosecutors when they are zealously seeking to go after a particular target,” Dershowitz argued. “In this case, Donald Trump.”

The implication of what MSNBC was suggesting is that law enforcement should have an unwitting power to pry into the personal life of a person who's yet to be charged with a crime, giving the Special Counsel Robert Mueller unrestricted access in violation of the Bill of Rights.
That's not America. That's not the United States that we all love nor the freedoms we appreciate and respect.
No, in the United States of America, law enforcement first need a reason to come in your home and tear it apart. We don't give any authoritative powers to such investigators.
However, that seems to be what others are asking to happen in regards to the attempted coup of President Trump. The left-wing media is so filled with hatred for the President that they don't care about his Constitutional rights.
Dershowitz continued, “Nobody would be going after Michael Cohen if he weren't Donald Trump's lawyer.”
Alan Dershowitz is spot on here. The moment Robert Mueller began raiding the offices of attorneys of Donald Trump in regards to an alleged affair, he crossed the line, and that's when he lost the support of the majority of elected officials in his investigation.
“That's the reality. People don't investigate campaign contribution, lapses or campaign law violations, generally about people who aren't in the public light, and I'm just worried that whenever you have someone with a target on his or her back, whether if Hillary Clinton would have been elected if the same thing would have been happening to her,” Dershowitz argued. “With what's happening to Donald Trump, civil libertarians ought to express concern, that's all I'm doing is expressing concern, and distrust of government.”
‘I don't want to live in a police state,” Dershowitz said.
He's right. The implications of what's occurring to the President of the United States of America right now at the hands of the biased witch hunt against him are that this will inevitably pass onto the civilian population and similar tactics are used against taxpayers in violation of the Fourth Amendment.

”The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Due process is important in America.
We have an important system in the United States of America, that protects victims of crimes, and protects the innocent from being victimized by government or authority. The witch hunt in DC against the President has no doubt crossed that line.
We've just found out that the President's attorney Michael Cohen had been wiretapped at the orders of Robert Mueller, who's apparently running a multimillion-dollar deep state investigation trying to do everything he can to bring down Donald Trump.
It would almost seem that this is personal for Robert Mueller, to which it certainly appears as if Mueller has corrupt motives in relation to protecting other people by taking down Trump.
Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) recently said that Robert Mueller himself should be fired from the position of Special Counsel and investigated for his crimes in Uranium One.
Mueller is protecting himself and his “Deep State” allies from ever facing any prosecution for their crimes in Uranium One, as the Office of the Inspector General and the Attorney General at the Justice Department are simultaneously running their counterintelligence investigations into the crimes of the previous administration.
It's as if there's a race to see who can get something to stick first, with Mueller becoming desperate now resorting to outrageously expensive and immoral tactics to do whatever he can to take down President Trump.
The insanity is that while liberals cheer this on, they seem to pay little attention to the authority they've granted to law enforcement in general by making such behavior acceptable.
As Rudy Giuliani recently said, Mueller has nothing left now, and it's time to shut it down.
What's left for Mueller to do? Step into even more uncharted territory and begin harassing Donald Trump's children? Several liberal media outlets have implied that's what's next, raids at locations connected to Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, and possibly even Donald Trump Jr.
We're entering muddy waters, all with a case that was meant to investigate alleged “Russian meddling” in our elections, and instead seems as if it's a desire to “target Trump” at all costs to protect the Clintons.
It will be a sad day for law enforcement across the nation if this continues any further, making a mockery of our nation's rule of law and the Constitutional freedoms in which we claim to represent.

For a moment ponder what a special counsel for Obummers true nationality would have done to the liberal talking heads. They would have had their heads explode with insanity, and would have been constantly screeching that it was a witch hunt.
The difference between the conservatives and the liberals is the energy and vocal outbursts in these situations.
