The Seoul media was plastered full with images from the summit as a live broadcast being on all channels showing either the summit himself or South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who smiled brightly as Trump and Kim shook hands.

Mr. Moon’s presidential office released a statement afterward, saying: “The June 12 Sentosa Agreement will be recorded as a historic event that has helped break down the last remaining Cold War legacy on Earth.”
