World Cup - Putin Tells Russian Women They Can Have Sex With Tourists During Tournament

One of this year’s weirdest headlines got an unlikely follow-up as Russian President Vladimir Putin overruled one of his own female MP’s who had yesterday called upon Russian women not to sleep with ‘non-white foreign men’ during the World Cup tournament as this would leave them with a generation of unwanted mixed-race children as Moscow saw in the aftermath of the 1980 Olympics.
