Authorities in Colorado say that a stunning 49 pedophiles have now been apprehended by law enforcement agencies after a stunning 214 Investigations into a network of pedophilia that Detectives call a nationwide child pornography ring.

Local news affiliate<a href="http://www.fox21news.com/news/crime/49-coloradans-arrested-in-nationwide-online-child-porn-sting/1241419077"> FOX 21 KXRM </a>in Colorado Springs reports that the Colorado Springs Police Department worked in conjunction with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICACTF) in order to target suspects who either engage in online enticement of children for sexual purposes, in the production of illicit child pornographic videos and images, the distribution of illicit child pornographic videos and images, the possession of illicit child pornographic videos and images, the reception of illicit child pornographic videos and image, or those who would travel across state lines to sexually abuse minor children.
In what's reportedly a three-month-long series of investigations, law enforcement agencies across the state of Colorado said they initiated a whopping 214 individual investigations, executed a total of 69 state search warrants on various pedophile’s residences, executed a total of four federal search warrants, made the arrests of 49 pedophiles, and turned over eight cases to US Attorneys for federal prosecution.

That's an overwhelming amount of pedophilia-laden activity and illicit child pornographic enticement that's occurring in the state of Colorado and has many scratching their heads as to how such a widespread network of child pornography could exist in a state that's known for its family values.
Every state across the United States of America has a leading local law enforcement agency, some states having multiple, which are the representative for the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force; with the Colorado Springs Police Department being the agency in the state designated to leading the fight to protect children.
The Colorado Springs Police Department alone arrested 15 suspects in their community, whereas the other arrests involved the full resources of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Last Week,<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/28522-DOJ-Arrests-2-300-Child-Sexual-Predators-in-Operation-Broken-Heart"> The Goldwater reported the arrests of 2,300 pedophiles in Operation Broken Heart</a>, which was also carried out by the same team involving the cooperation of the Justice Department and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
This is an epidemic plaguing our nation, with serious threats being posed to the safety and security of children based upon the sheer prevalence of so many child-sexual predators existing within our borders.
No state is immune to this terrible occurrence, and many times those who are arresting for sexually abusing children are repeat offenders.
It's imperative that Congress introduce legislation which will effectively change all sexual abuse of children or any involvement with child pornography to becoming a federal crime, and the punishment needs to include the death penalty.
There is no place on this earth for such vile and despicable individuals.

These arrests have continued to increase under the Trump Administration, who has seemingly declared an all-out war against child sexual predators.
