Five orphaned girls found themselves in a dire situation after a 20-year-old man drove to Alabama and picked them up from foster care. Police say the girls were between the ages of 11 and 16. Jordan McClain drove from Ocean Springs to a group home for foster children in Mobile Sunday. McClain met one of the girls, a 16-year-old, on Facebook and arranged to pick her up.

When McClain arrived at the foster home, four other girls wanted to go with him also. On the trip back from Mobile to Ocean Springs, McClain gave the girls Xanax and marijuana. A local resident spotted the group at the beach and called police after observing the intoxicated girls. Police found McClain and the five young girls shortly after they were reported.
McClain had driven the girls from the beach to a nearby cemetery near Iberville Drive. Upon the officer's arrival, he witnessed two of the girls were unconscious in the graveyard. An ambulance took the two unconscious girls to a hospital where they were treated and later released. McClain was arrested and charged with several counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Upon further investigation, police and the district attorney's office decided to upgrade the charges to three counts of felony child abuse causing serious bodily harm. The judge set an $8,400 bond for each count for a total of $25,000. McClain was booked into the Jackson County Adult Detention Center and all five girls were returned to the foster home.

Wow. He hadn't done anything of the sort to be booked under such tough law. Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor charge was right, he isn't a pedophile! In fact his crime is juvenile.
Giving paedophile tag inappropriately is not right. This guy is not a paedophile, nor a criminal. Just a victim of the arbitrary system which differentiates in favoring people.
thanx to the sick minded liberals who refuse to simply lock such people away for decades.
they choose to let predators and murderers back onto the street endangering us all to make themselves look forgiving and nice at the public expense
this stuff would stop quick if we could hold the judge who let this person back out onto the street, responsible and take the damage out of his or her pay.
