A tragic accident took place in Shannon Falls in British Columbia, Canada where three travel YouTubers died on Tuesday after an unfortunate accident that saw them slip from the top of the falls into the fast-moving water, and eventually falling into a pool 98 feet below.
The travel Youtubers have been identified as Ryker Gamble, Alexey Lyakh, and Megan Scraper. Authorities say that during their visit to Shannon Falls, the trio hiked up to the top of the fall for what they anticipated would be a nice view and swim in one of the pools near the top.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the tragic when the group was just walking along the edge of the pol when they slipped into the fast-moving water and eventually falling into a pool 98 feet below.
Witnesses near the scene of the tragic incident say they saw Scraper slip and fall on rocks at the top of the falls first. Her other friends attempted to save her, but unfortunately, the current proved too powerful that they were all swept away.
The bodies of the victims were only recovered on Wednesday following a two-day recovery mission.

The trio had built a good following by documenting their love of travel, adventure and the outdoors online. Lyakh and Gamble were the founders of the popular ‘High on Life’ series, while Scraper always appeared in their features.

The group became known for being brave and daring, going to places where many others are afraid to venture into. One of their most memorable adventures was a dangerous hot spring trip to Yellow Stone National Park in 2016.

They have been to various countries and places including Bali in Indonesia, Thailand, Croatia, Nicaragua, Greece, and Peru.
The trio enjoyed a commanding 2.5 million followers among their various social media accounts.
Their fans and followers expressed their grief for the shocking and untimely death of the once spirited travelers.
