A California woman has been arrested for a racist Fourth of July attack that left a 91-year-old man hospitalized. The 30-year-old woman was seen beating the elderly man with a brick while saying, "Go back to your country". A witness snapped the image that led to the attacker's arrest but a Sheriff's Department spokesman says the incident was not "hate-related." This is a great example of the double standard of the left because if this were a white person who did this assault they would be getting charged with a hate crime.

Police arrested Laquisha Jones of L.A. for the brutal assault that left 91-year-old Rodolfo Rodriguez hospitalized thanks to a witness's photo of the perpetrator. Jones was arrested near 60th Street and Crenshaw Avenue about 10 p.m. Tuesday with no incident. Investigators obtained both search and arrest warrants, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Jones was charged with suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and is being held on $200,000 bail.
Jones told investigators that Rodriguez bumped into her daughter as he walked past but he denies ever bumping into the little girl. "I just passed her and she pushed me and she hit me until she was done," Rodriguez said. The assault left him with a broken jaw, broken cheekbones, two broken ribs and other injuries to his face. The victim's daughter said, "We’re thankful to the police because they moved on it, and they did their job."

Detectives decided after their investigation that the vicious beating was "not a hate-related incident". Investigators say they haven't located the weapon either. A GoFundMe campaign for Rodriguez has already raised over $300,000. A court date for Jones has not yet been set.
