Stormy Daniels’s troubles are mounting as her husband has filed for divorce accusing her of adultery. Court documents also say that Daniels’ husband is asking for sole custody of their 7-year-old daughter.

Daniels’s husband, heavy-metal drummer and adult-film actor Glendon Crain also sought and was granted a temporary restraining order against Daniels since Daniels has virtually turned into some kind of celebrity since her legal fight with President Donald Trump broke.

The 13-page divorce petition of Crain says that the couple’s marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.” He filed the petition July 18 in state district court in Kaufman County, southeast of Dallas.
Crain also said in the divorce petition that Daniels, who is traveling the country for a series of strip club performances, had purchased a plane ticket for her daughter to join her on tour. The petition further states that: “This will involve the child being on her tour bus with other adult performers and producers. This will place my child in imminent threat of serious and immediate physical or emotional harm.”

Daniels and Crain have been married since November 2015. They were still living together outside Dallas until July 11, just a day before she was arrested at an Ohio strip club and accused of illegally touching patrons, although the charges were later dismissed.
Crain also asked for child support from Daniels, in addition to a financial award and a share of the couple’s property.
The temporary restraining order would prevent Daniels from unsupervised access to their daughter and use of the couple’s shared home. A court hearing regarding the restraining order is set on Friday morning.

During her arrest, entertainment website TMZ noticed in the police report that Daniels had declared herself as unmarried — despite the fact that she was still legally married.
