Customers of Nike have decided to burn their Nike products in protest of the company's choice for the face of it's new Just Do It campaign which features Colin Kaepernick. Nike customers uploaded videos of them burning their sneakers, clothing, and other Nike products after Kaepernick was revealed as the face of the new campaign.

John Rich of the band Big and Rich said their sound man, a former marine, even cut off the Nike logo from his socks while veterans organization Vote Vets encouraged critics to donate their items rather than destroy them. Kaepernick has become despised by right-leaning Americans and patriots who don't approve of his protests of the national anthem.

The first image to be revealed from the new Nike ad campaign featured a resolute Kaepernick and the Nike slogan "Just do it." In no time at all, social media users had uploaded montages of angry consumers burning their Nike products.
