In the first year of the Trump Administration, California’s Governor Jerry Brown signed the controversial SB 54 Sanctuary State law, and now, a Federal Court Judge has blocked the measure in 120 cities statewide.
<i>In this discussion, we're going to be direct and honest in regards to criticisms, so snowflakes can retire now.<i>
One of the largest drawbacks of the Senate Bill 54 was that it barred local and state law enforcement agencies from assisting the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
The centerpiece legislation of Governor Jerry Brown, an extreme leftist beacon of destructive liberal policies, has tormented the lives of law-abiding citizens.
Placing the interests of virtue-signaling social justice warriors before those of Americans, and in this case, California residents are something of a second nature to Democrats.
The controversial disregard for the taxpaying citizens of California has infuriated many liberals, even most of whom are the working-class of the state, often referred to as “classical liberals.”
The good people of Orange County, California have challenged the criminal-esque leadership of California’s Governor Jerry Brown and SB 54.
Some would suggest that signing SB 54 was imposing an illegal Sanctuary State law onto those who actually hold citizenship.
The law, which threatens the safety and security of law-abiding citizens, was challenged by numerous counties.
Both President Trump and the Department of Justice, led by embattled Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is standing with the American people who want their children to prosper securely and safely.
President Trump tweeted, “My Administration Stands in Solidarity with the brave citizens of Orange County defending their rights against California's illegal and unconstitutional Sanctuary policies. California's Sanctuary laws release known dangerous criminals into communities across the State. All citizens have the right to be protected by Federal law and strong borders.”

Back on March 27th, 2018, the Orange County Board of Supervisors filed a lawsuit against the State of California in protest.
Their hope was to shut down the illicit “Sanctuary State” law which puts every American life at risk, all across the nation.
Most don't take into consideration that by California essentially telling federal criminal illegal aliens that they're welcome in “Mexifornia,” they're encouraging federal laws to be violated.
Not only does an impending invasion of illegals endanger those inside California, but it threatens the safety and security of the entire nation.
When illegals pour into California, and they're protected, one can safely assume they could easily pass into any state via interstate commerce.
The nearby vicinity of California is also endangered, as each of those states continues to be a hotbed of illegal alien insurgency.
The disturbing crime rates among states surrounding California and the high number of human smuggling or illegal alien transport chains which have been shut down by federal agencies is staggering.
Even with Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America, the numbers of illegal aliens in the nation hasn't seen any major decrease.

<span style="margin-top:15px;rgba(42,51,6,0.7);font-size:12px;">Credit: <a href="https://www.economist.com/graphic-detail/2018/04/10/illegal-immigration-to-america-is-rising-again"> The Economist </a></span>
“Within weeks of Donald Trump’s arrival at the White House in January 2017, the number of people caught crossing America’s southern border illegally fell to a 17-year low of 11,127. John Kelly, then secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), attributed the drop to Mr. Trump’s executive orders on immigration,”<a href="https://www.economist.com/graphic-detail/2018/04/10/illegal-immigration-to-america-is-rising-again"> The Economist </a>reports. “Elaine Duke, the department’s deputy secretary, gave credit to better enforcement of immigration laws. Mr. Trump hailed it as ‘a historic and unprecedented achievement’.”
Despite President Trump's efforts to deploy 2,000 to 4,000 National Guard troops to the Mexican border, little has changed.
We absolutely support the crackdown on illegal aliens and want to see them rounded up en masse, but to suggest that there has been a monumental victory is outright incorrect.
The battle is far from being won, <i>yet.</i>
“We’re toughening up at the border,” the President said last spring in West Virginia on April 5th. “We’re throwing them out by the hundreds.”
Donald Trump himself may be disappointed to learn that the Department of Homeland Security deported 226,000 individuals in 2017, which is 14,000 less than Obama in 2016.
That's the brutal truth, and despite the best efforts of President Trump, the GOP RINOs (Republican in name only) and the Democratic Party to stop the agenda President Trump ran on, they've been successful thus far in advancing limitations.
<blockquote>”If such an effect did exist, it appears to have been short-lived. On April 5th, the DHS announced that Border Patrol agents apprehended 37,393 people in March, an increase of more than 200% on the previous year. The number of unaccompanied children caught entering illegally jumped by 300%, and the number of families detained while attempting the journey surged by nearly 700%.</blockquote>
So nearly 700% increases in those who have begun heading into the United States of America illegally, and the number of those captured is at 300%.
This means we're not winning that fight either, <i>yet</i>.
Most Republicans, Conservatives in general, and no doubt all Trump supporters are still holding out that this enormously successful economic stimulus of President Trump has been successful.
This is a nation of law and order, and we must stand up in unity, all Americans, in support of the people of Orange County and the entire State of California which is being placed second to the nonexistent rights of federal criminal illegal aliens.
The rebellion against California is both the shot heard around the world against Governor Jerry Brown and the one that the same world has been waiting for.
To make matters worse,<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/18526-Data-Shows-90-of-ICE-Arrests-Had-Pending-Charges-and-Criminal-Records"> The Goldwater reported </a>in February withstanding statistics acquired from the Pew Research Center that a whopping 90% of federal criminal illegal aliens also have prior criminal convictions for additional crimes unrelated to their violation of federal immigration laws.
This statistic is not only shocking, but it means that California Governor Jerry Brown is placing the interests of a voting demographic, that's what this is all about folks, votes, before the security of Americans.
Governor Jerry Brown has violated numerous federal laws, including both the<a href="https://www.britannica.com/topic/National-Security-Act"> “United States National Security Act of 1947” </a>and also having been in complete subordination of<a href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/part-I/chapter-115"> “18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES,” </a>both of which should have him prosecuted, or brought before Congress to testify, a federal court, a military tribunal, or all three if necessary.
Treason as pursuant to <a href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2381"> “18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason” </a>: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
There is zero doubt that by allowing federal criminal illegal aliens a “Sanctuary,” whilst they're not only fugitives from federal law enforcement, but also oftentimes members of violent, dangerous gangs, whether it be La Raza, MS-13, or any other; that engage in the trafficking of narcotics or firearms inside the United States of America and send that money to their home nation, Governor Jerry Brown is violating federal law in regards to treason.
Now, an Orange County Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Huntington Beach, the city which initially made the challenge to SB54 and Governor Brown's signature.
As we've discussed, the state law bars local law enforcement from questioning Suspects about their immigration statuses.
It also prevents local and state law enforcement from participating in most federal immigration enforcement actions against illegal aliens.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or similar agencies couldn't cooperate with local law enforcement for any reason outside of felony cases prior to the Judge's ruling.
The court declared in its ruling that SB54 violated the city's right to local control. Also known as the California Values Act, it suppressed endless communities inside California with a blanket ban.
The city which began the fight, Huntington Beach — was able to gain the support of 121 charter cities in California — when they filed their complaint claiming California's Constitution was violated.
Now, those 121 cities are free from Governor Brown's arguably illegal law.
With the ruling, both the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) will have instant access to the local jails which those 121 communities to deport illegal aliens in custody.
This could be millions of people if it were utilized correctly, but immediately means that tens of thousands of deportations could occur.
The California Attorney General's Office has refused to issue any comment on their major loss as per the ruling, at least, as of this time.
Before SB54, “federal immigration agents routinely received space within local prisons and jails when they requested, as part of enforcement efforts to identify and transfer immigrants with certain felonies to federal custody,”<a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2018/09/29/sanctuary-law-setback-in-ca-could-boost-us-immigration-enforcement.html"> CNBC </a>said.

This provides an enormous potential for the Trump Administration to go into California, and fast, and remove gargantuan numbers of illegal aliens from the state and the nation.
"To me, having SB 54 declared unconstitutional at any level is a massive victory and a massive defeat for the State," according to Huntington Beach City Attorney Michael Gates.
Last March, a lawsuit was filed in Federal Court by the Trump administration against California.
In those suits, the President was arguing that three current state laws for California, all passed in 2017, were meant to protect illegal aliens from deportation which violate the U.S. Constitution.
Those pieces of legislation included SB 54, penned by California’s Democratic Party Senate leader Kevin de Leon.
Kevin de Leon is also a candidate running to unseat the infamous Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein, which showcases how radical he actually is.
De Leon's office hasn't chosen to respond to any of the media's request for comments as of this time.
This last summer, in July, a Sacramento Judge had issued a ruling that would uphold SB54, and the public outcry was racing against it in response.
Soon after, the DOJ via Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired back and revived an odd ally in the liberal-leaning “Big Tech,” who were using the Democratic governance of California over the<a href="https://thegoldwater.com/news/30270-Big-Tech-Tries-to-Shut-Down-New-Privacy-Laws"> controversial privacy laws </a>signed by Brown.
For once, Jerry Brown pushed privacy legislation that protected the people.
There's an old saying, “Even a broken clock is right twice a day,” and it seems the newest legislation on privacy to be signed by California Governor Jerry Brown against “Big Tech” companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Apple, and many others have stirred the pot of infighting amongst Democrats over the new law.
The Vice President of State Government Affairs for the Internet Association, Robert Callahan, argued that the bill itself didn't seem to gain enough review before its passage.
“Data regulation policy is complex and impacts every sector of the economy, including the internet industry. That makes the lack of public discussion and process surrounding this far-reaching bill even more concerning,” Callahan said of the new bill. “It is critical going forward that policymakers work to correct the inevitable, negative policy and compliance ramifications this last-minute deal will create for California’s consumers and businesses alike.”
That could be a problem, sure, but the fact that “Big Tech” is angry about the bill is somewhat pleasing on the surface.
When companies like Google’s YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter have engaged in some of the worst political censorship in the history of the nation by silencing or punishing Conservative voices, one can help but laugh when they're upset about a new law.
They're certainly not getting any support from Trump supporters or the millions of people who have been subject to their biased policies.
However, utilizing these weaknesses of California's leadership, and the vile censorship of “Big Tech,” to be turned against one another or become a bargaining chip could be of use to President Trump in his immigration fight against the left.
While the two topics are mutually exclusive, it's worth realizing that turning Google, Facebook, and Twitter against the radical left could prove fruitful in the long run.
President Trump did author <i>”The Art Of The Deal,” as a private citizen, and is said to hold intellect above the common man.
Now we watch to see how that blooms itself into a flower of monumental proportions, that can be seen, felt, and have the aroma linger into the future with policies and protections that those who signed the Constitution would support.
The greatest arbiter of freedoms are the rights which one is granted through God, and in making the moral decisions to act upon.
The temptation from the liberal elite to silence and censor is gripping behind them at every moment. As well as coming to life through every decision making process Congress has faced in recent years; <i>and it's only getting further into the mudslinging</i> as we progress.
Let's hope that the appropriate members of the Trump cabinet and security team take advantage of this opportunity, while it lasts.
