US Secret Service admitted early Wednesday morning that they had intercepted explosive devices which were sent to former US Democratic Presidents Barack Obama as well as to the house of Bill and Hillary Clinton in Westchester County.
In a released statement, the Secret Service said that “The packages were immediately identified during routine mail screening procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such.”

According to a law enforcement official, it would appear the device sent to the house of Bill and Hillary Clinton, in Chappaqua, New York was suspected to be the handy work of the same person who sent a similar device to billionaire leftwing philanthropist Mr. George Soros (a frequent target of far-right groups and conspiracy theorists) earlier this week.

New Castle police said: “This morning, New Castle PD assisted the FBI, Secret Service and the Westchester County Police with the investigation of a suspicious package. The matter is currently under federal investigation.”
