One mention of US President Donald Trump that he was thinking about ending the ‘birthright citizenship’ and all of a sudden, the terminology of ‘anchor babies’ hits the foreign press.
Whereas everyone on the liberal side of the aisle always estimated that the numbers of children born from foreigners on US soil were negligible, the foreign (and most remarkably Spanish) press immediately plastered it on their front pages.

El Pais, Spain’s largest daily with a large audience in South America, warned for the measure in no uncertain terms. In Colombia, El Tiempo did the same. Russia’s evening news also brought up the topic.

The estimation on conservative talk radio shows has always been that as foreign-born children in the US are able to eventually bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives through the process known as “chain migration,” seven foreign relatives are being brought into the homeland for every two new immigrants to the US.
Talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh claimed that Mr. Trump’s idea was based on a different interpretation of the wording of the 14th Amendment, and if an executive order could get the ball rolling, he might be able to lighten up the Republican base even more with this.

….Harry Reid was right in 1993, before he and the Democrats went insane and started with the Open Borders (which brings massive Crime) “stuff.” Don’t forget the nasty term Anchor Babies. I will keep our Country safe. This case will be settled by the United States Supreme Court!
— Donald J. Mr. Limbaugh stated: “Man, this is great, what Trump is doing on birthright citizenship. Oh! This is exactly why Trump was elected, as my good friend Andy McCarthy said, ‘You’ve gotta have somebody that’s willing to break the furniture. You have to have somebody willing to turn things upside down if you’re actually going to get things done,’ and the left is beside itself today.”
According to the conservative talk radio hose, it all revolves around the interpretation of the amendment that literally states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the U.S. and of the state wherein they reside.”
Yesterday, during the Axios clip shown, President Trump argued that the amendment could be read a different way. Mr. Limbaugh pointed out the keywords “naturalized” and “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”

The US President followed up on his comments yesterday with remarks on Twitter when he said: “So-called Birthright Citizenship, which costs our Country billions of dollars and is very unfair to our citizens, will be ended one way or the other. It is not covered by the 14th Amendment because of the words “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Many legal scholars agree Harry Reid was right in 1993 before he and the Democrats went insane and started with the Open Borders (which brings massive Crime) “stuff.” Don’t forget the nasty term Anchor Babies. “This case will be settled by the United States Supreme Court!”

I'm an American woman, a brown woman, the correct term is North American. A classic Mestizo. Euro/Native American descent forced into the "Hispanic" identity. That's fine but lets not confuse Hispanic with Latino, massive difference.
Please STOP the anchor baby abuse. My life has been turned upside down having to deal with the influx of all these illegal alien Mexicans and other Latinos into the US. The browning of the US is not a good thing. I have been stereotyped like you can't imagine and I am sick and tired just like the rest of us Americans of this abuse. "Fuera Ahora" - OUT NOW!
Meanwhile thousands of babies each year are robbed of their U.S. citizenship because they are murdered via abortion before being born. If it is so easy to deny these babies their birthright then why not the babies of illegal invaders? At least they still get to live.
The free ride might be over and the free loaders are terrified!
Get rid of all illegals in the States. There are 60-70 million illegals. It is already out of control.
