Portland-Protected Illegal Alien Liberals Refused to ICE Now Charged in Fatal Stabbing

An illegal alien once in the custody of local authorities who refused a deportation holder for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has now been charged with a brutal and horrific stabbing of a woman, proving ICE was right.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency had placed a holder on 45-year-old Martin Gallo-Gallardo, pending a hearing for his deportation.

In March of 2018, ICE Special Agents has given an official immigration hold in Gallo-Gallardo, who was facing domestic violence charges.

ICE says that the Multnomah County Jail failed to acknowledge their Department of Homeland Security holder on Gallo-Gallardo.

A talking point of the Trump Administration’s playbook has included repeat warnings of the possible dangers of “Sanctuary State” laws that violate federal immigration laws.

Oregon has a 31-year-old similar “Sanctuary Law” for protecting illegal aliens.

Now-former Attorney General Jeff Sessions has made a rampant issue out of prosecuting illegal aliens from across border states with “Sanctuary Laws,” but he has since resigned.

With Sessions’ Chief of Staff Matthew Whitaker at the helm for Acting Attorney General, it remains to be seen how the DOJ will approach the “Sanctuary” battle.

Multnomah County Sheriff's Office and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency are already known to have had rocky relations. Citizens supporting both sides have accused one another of putting their quarrels before the interests of the Portland community they're supposed to serve.

Martin Gallo-Gallardo was supposed to be transported into ICE custody after his arrest for felony fourth-degree assault over alleged abuse of his wife.

Gallo-Gallardo is a Mexican citizen who was able to enter the United States, according to ICE illegally. Border Patrol Special Agents had previously arrested the felonious criminal on several occasions, federal officials said.

Technically, the County Jail should have notified ICE about any possible release of Gallo-Gallardo, but they're claiming they never received the notice. <i>Even if they had, they say they wouldn't have followed it anyway.</i>

Disputes between hard-line open borders liberals and their Marxist financiers often lead to these dangers. Many such cases.

Once Gallo-Gallardo posted bail, prosecutors would dismiss the felony assault allegations he was charged with shortly after.

This was due to Gallo-Gallardo’s wife and a daughter refusing to assist law enforcement in the case. The grand jury was unable to return an indictment without such agreement to testify, according to court records and investigators.

Then, this week Gallo-Gallardo was charged <i>again</i>, this time with <b>murder</b>. After he was accused of fatally stabbing his wife, 38-year-old Coral Rodriguez Lorenzo

According to an ICE spokeswoman, had Multnomah County alerted the federal agency in advance to pick up Gallo-Gallardo, g7abw8fe would still be alive.

"ICE maintains that cooperation by local law enforcement is an indispensable component of promoting public safety,'' said Tanya J. Roman, a spokeswoman for the ICE regional office that covers Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.

“It's unfortunate that law enforcement agencies like the Multnomah County jail refuse to work with ICE to promote public safety by holding criminals accountable and providing justice and closure for their victims," ICE spokeswoman Roman said.

Sheriff Mike Reese says his deputies will only detain a person for ICE when they receive a <i>federal criminal arrest warrant signed by a judge</i>. He also adds that they will not share any information with feds.

The Sheriff's Office stands by denying it ever received any civil detainer for Gallo-Gallardo. This, even though it wouldn't comply with an administrative immigration hold in any case, said Sgt. Brandon White, sheriff's spokesman.

"ICE is putting our community at risk with their failed enforcement strategy of not using the authority the agency already has to hold people accountable," the office said in a statement.

The media depicts following the laws of the United States of America as being “controversial,” but the reality is that there are politics afoot between local and county law enforcement agencies no different than we see on a national scale.

<i><b>More often than not, these types of quarrels and disputes between agencies result in dangerous criminals being released into society.</b></i>

In this case, Gallo-Gallardo killed someone because of a never-ending hatred of our Constitutional rule of law from the left.

A stunning total of 57,820 known or suspected illegal aliens were in DOJ custody for a range of offenses as of the end of the first quarter of the Fiscal Year 2018, which tells you exactly how many criminal aliens ICE and HSI have captured.

Again, these are all illegal aliens who have commuted additional crimes inside the United States of America, even after crossing illegally into our country.

Out of the 57,820 illegal aliens currently in federal custody as per the DOJ, 34,834 aliens have already been issued with orders of removal for deportation.

An additional 15,536 are still under investigation by ICE to determine their country of origin or their involvement with criminal enterprises, leaving another 2,871 aliens who are inside the county legally but currently undergoing removal proceedings for deportation.

The pending danger continues to loom for America's children.

The dispute over who is to blame doesn't change the facts surrounding the dangers of demographics shifts and illegal aliens to America.

The inaction from the Democratic Party and GOP in funding the border wall proposed by President Trump is a huge part of why they lost the midterm elections.

The people of this country voted for a border wall. Whether we get one, is something that remains to be seen.
